📝 We had a great dinner coupled with very attentive and professional service from Cristian. The restaurant offers various dishes: from salads to pastas and the usual Argentine meat. However, we were told that it's particularly good for fish: this proved in fact to be true. 🍴 Based on what we heard, we opted for local fish: one surubi (with white wine sauce) and one grilled pacu (same family as piranha). Both fish were super tasty and perfectly cooked. Before that we also had langostinos in tempura with guacamole: a very nice entrada. 🍮 As dessert we ordered an apple/pear tarte tatin (delicious and recommended) and another chocolate dessert which had a very weird taste and we thought it wasn't good. We sent it back and thankfully it wasn't part of the final bill. ☝🏼 We were offered some little amuse bouche before dinner and also digestif after dessert. You can pay in pesos, reales, USD or EUR, making it pretty flexible.

Good steak and seafood restaurant - well cooked and flavourful. The starters were also good, we chose the shrimp and empanadas. I have to say the best empanadas I ate were on in Santiago but these ones were not so bad. The restaurant gets busy, so reservations are highly recommended. The service is very good and waiters are friendly. Good selection of food and wine and the prices are reasonable.

Beautiful and busy restaurant until closing. Their menu is quite expensive but the quality of the food and the attention of the servers are second to none. Our server spoke very good English and the menu had English and Portuguese translations. As a note, people were arriving to the restaurant as late as 10:30 though they say they close at 11. Also, they have free WiFi. We ordered the beef tenderloin dish, the ribeye with gnocchi, and the assortment of mini desserts. All dishes were amazing. The beef tenderloin was super tender and came with this white sauce that was nicely cheesy (but not in a weird way). The ribeye was also very tender and came with a savory peppercorn sauce. The sauce was complex and had umami. The gnocchi on the other hand was good but should not be named gnocchi. It was more like a corn muffin or salty polenta. Nonetheless, it was moist and soaked up the peppercorn sauce well. Don’t get me started on the mini dessert assortment. All four desserts (passion fruit mousse, white chocolate ganache on brownie, flan, and a mate crème brûlée) on the plate were amazing. The passion fruit mousse was bright and sour but not overly so. The mousse was soft and melted in your mouth. The ganache on brownie was sweet and had a slight crunch. The flan came with dulce de leche and was firm and just sweet enough. Lastly, and my personal favorite, the mate crème brûlée really had no mate flavor but there was a hint of bitterness to the dish and it wasn’t overly sweet. Come here if you come visit Iguazú! I’m sure you’ll find something you’ll enjoy to eat on the menu (their menu is quite extensive but still thoughtfully arranged).

This spot was referred to me by a local and they nailed it right on the head! The goldfish dorado had the most perfectly crisped skin and flavor profile and dessert (Yerba mate creme brûlée) was the most delicious twist on the famous herbal drink! A must go-to spot when you’re in town

Was recommended by a Brazilian taxi driver while we crossed over from Brazil. Definitely worth it. Service was very good... food on par and overall ambience was cosy.

Starters came out fridge cold (nothing fresh or at least reheated). Tropical salad was a joke, 3 pieces of tomatoes some greens and some pieces of pineapple not even mixed together. Disappointing. Medium stake came well done. Too tired from the day to even send them back.

My server was excellent, kind, and graceful with my lack of Spanish. I was able to try Paku, a local fish. They offered me a complimentary digestif with my check. A must visit in Puerto Iguazu.

If you like fish, come here. It was amazing! We had the local Surubi, which is like a catfish. Very tender and skin was crispy and perfect. Had the local appie plate which was delightful. We didn’t have any meat unfortunately, so I can’t speak to that. Great vino selection and the atmosphere was so good we enjoyed a second bottle of vino to enjoy the ambience! It was an easy afternoon lunch, I could imagine it could be really busy at dinner time. Would highly recommend.

Must have been one of my all time favorite restaurant visits in South America. We arrived late in the evening in Iguazu, got a recommendation from our host und went to Aqva. We had to wait a few minutes but not much, although I would definitely recommend to reserve a table if you are not arriving literally in the last open minute 😁 the food was amazing, the steak like a poem, awesome bread and very good sides. If I could I would have come several times 🤠. If you are around, try it, this is a must visit.

The appetizer of a tropical salad was really more of a fruit salad, and I was disappointed by the lack of other vegetables on the plate. Their dessert (I had the Tarta Tatin) was overly sweet and I couldn't finish it sadly. The staff are nice, but slow and not always the most attentive. It seems like they're mostly doing it for the tips (which they only take in cash). Overall, not the worst experience, but I'm not sure why it's considered the number one recommendation online...

Best fillet mignon in my seven days visit to Argentina. On top of that, they also had proper extra virgin olive oil, which made all the difference to the salad dressing. Great ambience and better food; if you’re in Puerto Iguazú and in doubt, go ahead and give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

The orange juice was freshly pressed from an orange. The empanadas, gnocchi with fresh tomatoes and filet minion were among the best I’ve had. Empanadas were fried and juicy. The filet minion was tender and flavorful. The gnocchi with tomato tasted fresh, light, and kinda like bruschetta which I loved. Service is so friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this place more!
