Young atmosphere, minimalist decor in a “do it yourself” style. Fresh ingredients in salads, original and tasty sauces. You assemble the salad or omelette with the ingredients you like and the kitchen executes the dish with attention and excellence. Everything has a touch of art, worthy of good cuisine. Few dessert options, but they are always well prepared. On Saturdays, opening hours are different. There are brunch options, with a more gastronomic, light and artistic concept. The young couple of entrepreneurial chefs are in charge of the business and visit the tables interacting with customers. A new addition are the rustic breads, made with sourdough.

Amazing food and fantastic customer service. They do great salads where you pick all your own ingredients (nice big portions) and also omlettes. The fresh orange juice is perfect! Also make sure to try one of the cinnamon swirls as they are so good. Best of all is the guy who runs it. Brilliant service and great to meet!

Best salads and brunch in town! All hand made (every single thing served is done at the house). Delicious and fresh. Staff very polite and helpful. All good!

Awesome little eatery with outside seating under large shady trees. They have fresh salads where you choose the ingredients yourself and choose the toppings (e.g. mustard-honey). To drink, I had a green lemonade with cale in it (I guess). Just awesome, I feel like I have all the vitamins for the rest of the week. Go here and feel energized!

Everything amazing!

The place has a good presentation; Pleasant environment; Well-made food, with a lot of refinement. Prepared and well-mannered attendants. But I need to comment here on a story that left me very embarrassed and that in the end made me even lose my appetite. I was in the process of finishing my meal when a lady who seemed to be the owner/boss of the establishment caught the attention of an employee in a “hidden” way, but everyone in the room could hear and obviously witness the embarrassing situation. I was very uncomfortable because I noticed that the treatment she had towards customers was completely different from the treatment given to her employees. I got even more upset when my guest, who was with me at the time (and is a resident of Foz) mentioned the restaurant's fame. Issue of humiliation and problems related to employee payment. Honestly absurd. I felt terrible, because I could witness the humiliation. I truly hope that the place reviews these attitudes. I found your response to my comment outrageous. I emphasize again, I felt terrible about the scene I witnessed and I think it's ridiculous that you want to associate my comment with another place. Could this be a ready-made response to avoid what actually happened? If before I had reservations about returning to this place, now I have no desire. My reservation is that the idea built around the place does not match the atmosphere I witnessed. Be transparent.

It's amazing how details make all the difference, right? The food and space are really pleasant, the staff are attentive and available. But with my obsession with noticing “details” I could see an unhealthy environment for employees. A company that does not care about the well-being of those who provide it services is not fit to continue in the market. It's a shame to see, in a moment of celebration, a “manager”, “owner” or whatever, treat her team so rudely in front of customers. Improve on this for yesterday!!!!
