😠 We are glad to leave this place. A hotel which has probably since the 70ies seen no maintenance. Dirty chairs in the restaurant, old and noisy elevator, in the rooms very noisy old A/Cs, window curtains which do not completely open to get light in and toilets not fixed to the wall forced us to chang... People often mention hotel, room, rooms, good,

First of all, this is NOT a 4 star hotel. Some things that you might expect in any 4 star hotel, or even a 3 star hotel which are missing: - cups/glasses in the room - fridge with some drinks, snacks - a working safe for valuables - a coffee machine - room service Literally everything in the bathroom is broken: - bathroom door does not close - toilet does not flush unless you push it 5 or 6 times and then hold it - no handle on glass shower door - cold water tap is broken - shower shoots out with intense pressure, no way to lower it Unfortunately it seems the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was quite good! We stayed for 8+ nights, and the cleaning staff never swept or cleaned the room even once!! The floor was super dirty. They changed the sheets, and gave us a sheet that was too small for the bed. The bed didn't even have a blanket when we arrived, there was a really old "blanket" in the cupboard... Overall, the impression of the hotel was that they didn't really care about the rooms. The pool was very good, always clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful. To be honest they seemed embarrassed with these aspects of the room, and it is not their fault. I do not recommend this hotel, unless there is really no where else to stay...

Great place if you intend to visit the Iguaçu Falls. The hotel is near the center of the city, the rooms are clean and organized, the bed are pretty confortable, the staff is polite and well trained. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen, offering a big variety of fresh fruits, hot plates and sweet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel with fair tax. Well located, near a shopping and some restaurants. Workers are gentle. Is not perfect. Although new fornitures in some rooms (that are really big), there is some signs of the hotel age, speacilly on the bathroom. Should have one more spot light on the bath area. Big wind, good natural light. I recommend this hotel.

We are glad to leave this place. A hotel which has probably since the 70ies seen no maintenance. Dirty chairs in the restaurant, old and noisy elevator, in the rooms very noisy old A/Cs, window curtains which do not completely open to get light in and toilets not fixed to the wall forced us to change rooms. The reception told us, only one room is available. The guy presenting us the room let us know, others are free, too. One new room was an improvement, the other new one was worse. The staff at the pool however was very nice and friendly. There was a good atmosphere and the pizza we had from there was fresh and homemade, compared to Italian standard very jum and crispy.

Nice hotel near the center of foz do iguacu. Old building that definetaly needs renovation at its rooms. The faucets in the bathroom did not work properly so it was difficult to fix the temp of the water, you could hear the noises from the other rooms, and they did not have even a glass for water in the room so we had to ask for them to bring us some. We also had a problem with some perfume they had sprayed the room with that was very strong. We told them about it and they asked if we would like to change the room but we were too tired to do it. It was very clean though and everybody was very helpful and pleasant. The receptionists helped us a lot with informations about the city, transportation, suggestions about food etch. I would definitely visit this hotel again just for the people they work there. But I would expect some improvement at the rooms.

One of the few with the option for a bathtub. Food is reasonably priced. Enjoyed it!

Great service! The employees are really helpful and kind. Hotel is a bit old, but clean. WiFi works super bad. When checking out, they have Thai additional fee and +10% seem-like mandatory service fee that it's not mandatory and you can avoid.

The hotel was nice although there aren't really any people that speak English. The room was modern, updated, and comfortable, but don't expect many English stations on TV. They have a very nice continental breakfast buffet with some of the best Brazilian cheesy bread I've ever tasted. However, it seems breakfast is the only meal they know how to cook and they have a weird aversion to seasoning - it was some of the most bland food I've ever tasted. Lunch & dinner is off of the same menu and seems to have a lot of options - they will even specify if it contains lactose or gluten (não contem lactose e gluten = doesn't contain lactose and gluten). Unfortunately, there don't seem to be a lot of other restaurant options in the area, but some of the nicer (aka expensive) restaurants in town offer a free shuttle service from the hotel to their restaurant. Ask about which ones offer this service at the front desk. My overall experience was pretty good and mostly due to the room and breakfast.

We spent a night there and the hotel for the area was very comfortable. And the pool is quite nice they usually have live music in the evenings.

It's a good hotel. I am sure, years ago it used to be great, and now just needs a little "polishing" from both material and staff services perspective.

The booking site clearly states 'Airport Shuttle'. I made the reservation and then contacted the hotel. Hotel said they would only do shuttle if booked through the hotel.
