The hotel is old and in need of refurbish. The bathroom is in clear need of renovation as shower water goes goes everywhere. The beds are not very comfortable. It is an average hotel but for price is good. Relatively well located. A very good breakfast selection. The gym is very old. One day at breakfast they were given chocolates for Easter, I got one, and the guy at the entrance told me I couldn’t get as it was for kids. I thought it was terrible. It was prejudice. If I wanted a chocolate I should be able to get one. I mentioned this at the reception I was expecting they would give me one later when I was back from outside but they didn’t. So not a very good customer service. As well the day I arrived, I understand check-in it is at 2PM, and I arrived at 10Am. But anywhere when a room is ready they give you an early entrance. They just gave our key at 2PM. I am sure the room was ready slightly ahead of time, and I was sit in from of the reception. By the way there was something in the bedsheets that was making my mom and I itch we had to request them to change. At least this was done quicker. Not sure if I would recommend. Just if getting a goor price deal as I got.

Great place to stay! From the front desk being proficient in speaking English and providing great service, to the rooms being large, clean and spacious. There was even a huge storm that went by one night we were there with heavy winds blowing yet we felt safe in the room. Huge windows and great view. The hotel also offers tons of amenities. Everything was great and I would highly recommend to stay here!

The room one had strong smoke smell, so we changed to a second room which needed lots of repairs on the toilet, and outlets. Very disappointing since it’s a 4 star hotel.

a very good hotel, with a restaurant with a varied menu, bar, swimming pool, sauna and spa. the upper floors offer an interesting perspective on the city and the river. many restaurants around!

The room was clean and tidy. The best part was we got rooms overlooking Paraguay 🇵🇾 and the sunset over the Parana river was beautiful to watch from the room! There are not much vegan options for lunch/dinner at the hotel restaurant, so we walked to nearby vegan cafes everytime. The cafes are in walking distance from the hotel.

One of the worst hotels i have stayed in the last 10 years. Rooms and bathrooms are completely outdated. AC units are not working properly, was moved to a new room after equipment failure in first room, new room AC was not much better, could only bring room temperature to 25c after 12 rs of running the AC. No one even apologize specialty since new room was not bed configuration I had booked: ended up with 2 single beds instead of a queen/king. Overall hotels feels run down and breakfast food is subpar. This is a 2 star hotel at best

The suite room is very spacious and housekeeping does a fantastic job keeping it spick and span. Very clean. The river is magnificent and breathtaking, definitely a good location. Having said that, there is a section along the the river that isn’t very safe for tourists anout 1 km away. Check with reception to identify them so you can avoid them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient for walking to dinner and enjoying the area not too far from the falls. Definitely had to drive or cab

A hotel in the middle of a trip to Iguazu Falls. Big room with kitchen and living room. Good light at room. With free breakfast and parking.

They gave us a big and clean room with great view but didn't have any hand or body soap (we had to ask for it the next day) and there was water leakage around the toilet bowl (possibly from the shower next to it).

Wifi is awful at the hotel, terrible reception, rooms were quite smelly and I got food poisoning from the restaurant. Best to save your money and look elsewhere.

Do not waste your time or money staying here. Terrible check in service, musty room and terrible food. Stay at a more local place that isn't trying to rip you off.

Conveniently located near the center of Foz Iguazú. We arrived early afternoon and was very excited to see the town. Our experience at the front desk was not impressive we were checked in by a dead person only her hands moved. The following day we had a most satisfying attendant Grabriela. The rooms and decor in this hotel are extremely dated and badly in need of a refresh. Our windows on the 9th floor shook all night with the winds. Old tired look and feel and not very service friendly.

Fantastic location and convenient. Eder took good care of us and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel if you plan to check out the falls. Room was beautiful as well and felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Shame we only got to spend the one night.

For the price a quite nice hotel. But not really what I would call chick or modern. The hallways are quite dark and without any decoration. The rooms could use some lighter decoration. The rooms are large and clean. The beads are comfortable. The stuff is nice and moastly speaks English. The breakfast starts at 6:05 and is good. All in all a nice hotel but the design could use a loving hand.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and close to many shops and a supermarket and only a few minutes by car to the waterfalls.

Fantastic customer service although the Air conditioner in the woman was leaking but once we alerted the front desk it was as good as new when we go go got back to the room. Definitely a recommendation

The staff and food were 5 stars. The hotel is ideal for families with children and is a few minutes walk from the city center. Value for money is excellent!

Great Hotel. Close to everything especially resturants in the main city. A bit of a drive from the bird park and cataratas. Breakfast was okay, rooms were more like apartments converted into hotel rooms. AC Works well. Expect to spend 200-250 reals per day

Okish place…it looks to me that was a great hotel in the past and it is now lacking a proper renovation. The room is big and spacious but internet is not working in the bed room, the tv doesn’t have English channels and the window of my toilet was broken and noisy. Cleaning was not very good….carped not cleaned, windows dirty. On a more positive note all staff was very kind and friendly and the breakfast buffet good.

The rooms, breakfast, and location itself was excellent. They could not find my reservation and it took 3 hours to check in. They attempt to charge me for another guest upon check in when it was for 2 people, more than double the price. The next day I was called down to correct another error on the hotels part. Overall they interrupt my vacation schedule big time with time wasted and the gym was closed. I'm a diamond member and stay at wyndhams alot, sadly I would of stayed longer but felt unwelcome and moved to ibis which offered similar rooms and the staff was amazing, check-in wasn't a problem, and I paid half the price.

What an amazing hotel! The rooms are bigger than my entire house 😅. Amazing Kitchen and front desk staff.
