The
hotel
staff
is
excellent
and
very
quick
to
respond
to
any
issues!
They
spoke
great
english,
and
even
helped
find
me
a
city
bus
to
Iguacu
Falls!!!
The
breakfast
is
incredible
with
lots
of
great
and
healthy
options
like
watermelon
juice,
papaya
juice,
and
egg
casserole
among
countless
other
things.
The
reason
I
rate
the
hotel
so
low
is
that
the
room
stunk
of
a
strange
sewage
smell
that
can
only
be
described
as
similar
to
an
old
man's
poop.
Thinking
maybe
switching
rooms
would
fix
this,
I
asked
to
be
switched
for
my
second
night
at
the
hotel.
Originally
it
was
fine,
but
then
the
smell
came
back
just
as
strong
as
before.
I
think
there
may
be
an
issue
with
their
sewage
system.
The
last
issue
I
should
make
note
of
is
there
was
a
30
reals
charge
for
a
"service
fee"
which
was
not
advertised.
I
have
never
encountered
this
in
Brazil,
and
the
front
desk
person
originally
said
it
was
"optional"
but
at
check
out,
presented
this
charge
as
compulsory.
Most
hotels
in
Foz
De
Iguacu
do
not
charge
this
and
in
my
opinion
it
is
misleading
to
not
mention
the
fee
in
the
original
booking.
