Goodies: The place was really enjoyable, nice comfortable room, bed was good to rest, place with good air conditioning all over. The hotel has a tours company close to reception that helped us find a great tour in the nature. The breakfast was optimal typical Brazilian wonderful breakfast. Hygiene safety measures were taken during breakfast. Open bar till late. Price was as expected. Baddies: The pool is very small. Don’t expect to be able to find a resort-ish relaxing sunbathing time. That’s not here. Would definitely go back though! Thanks. Stay: November 2020.

The hotel staff is excellent and very quick to respond to any issues! They spoke great english, and even helped find me a city bus to Iguacu Falls!!! The breakfast is incredible with lots of great and healthy options like watermelon juice, papaya juice, and egg casserole among countless other things. The reason I rate the hotel so low is that the room stunk of a strange sewage smell that can only be described as similar to an old man's poop. Thinking maybe switching rooms would fix this, I asked to be switched for my second night at the hotel. Originally it was fine, but then the smell came back just as strong as before. I think there may be an issue with their sewage system. The last issue I should make note of is there was a 30 reals charge for a "service fee" which was not advertised. I have never encountered this in Brazil, and the front desk person originally said it was "optional" but at check out, presented this charge as compulsory. Most hotels in Foz De Iguacu do not charge this and in my opinion it is misleading to not mention the fee in the original booking.

Essential, clean, nice breakfast buffet. Good choice for who likes to spent all the time visiting places, but still want a Good hotel. You will find a really good restaurant/bakery close to the hotel, the name is 'doce pao'.

Great hotel in Foz do Iguaçu — absolute recommend booking it. Front desk upgraded our room upon arrival and was very helpful in providing information on the city and how to visit the falls. Front desk spoke great English and was very friendly. Breakfast spread was impressive. One of our favorite hotels in Brazil.

This hotel is well located, with rooms without a good view, and a tiny swimming pool. The bathroom doesn't come with a douche and breakfast is ok. I think there are better ones with similar prices.

Reception staffs speaks very fluent English. They are very informative about how to get around, where to shop and eat. Some even would go above and beyond to help. I've stayed at 5 stars hotel before but sometimes their staffs might not be as helpful as this place. Their breakfast is very good too, lots of choices. This is the best value hotel.

It's a pretty good hotel. It was my third time there and as always no problem at all. Great breakfast, good services and kudos to the room maid Cristina, who did everything perfect and the room was always clean and organized. The swimming pool should be bigger, but to be honest I didn't have time to enjoy it. The location is good and very close to Foz do Iguacu downtown.

Small room in size, but totally new. The room is smaller then the older tower, but if you can choose, stay in the newer tower...the furniture is newer, as the bed is nicer...it's a better deal, if you do have the option, it will depend on the fare you paid.

Customer service is zero! We needed to cancel our reservation due to a family emergency. We called three times! They only spoke Portuguese, which was okay. They were not interested in helping us at all! And then they sent us an email saying that they'll cancel our reservation if we send them a medical record! This hotel just wanted to keep our money. There was no compasión or empathy at all!

An economical hotel option, located in the outskirts of Centro area, has good facilities and amenities, good area for kids playing, good staff!
