A Hotel/Spa etc is situated in a very remote area, isolated is a good way to put it. Was booked by my travel company into a deluxe room instead was given a room with the only window looking into a service well. Very basic. This was the second room offered. According to hotel description Extensive gardens well that's very questionable. No amenities around hotel area apart from a very large supermarket

Located in a not great area but the people are very friendly and it's a great resort clean rooms and the property itself was beautiful

Bedroom was basic, however the hotel and its activities more than make up for it. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was quite dirty with dead skin and other things floating in it. Enjoyed the pool, games room, tennis and bowling very much.

The resort is so much bigger than I realized! Breakfast included, mini bar available, I got the jacuzzi room which has 3 beds to accommodate 4 people (a double and two singles) the service is great, not 100% English speaking though. There are corporate rooms and resort rooms. Lots of kids, good for families (quite noisy). Indoor and outdoor pools, bowling alley, spa/sauna, pool bar, cafe, two restaurants, it's a huge place and reasonable price!

Now on our 2nd room. First room had 3 beds in it a double and 2 singles with a space of around 15cm between the last single bed and the bathroom door. Totally unacceptable so complained and moved room now in a double room which is a great improvement on the 1st but a basic room. Compared to the Lodges/Rooms we have stayed in the last 2 weeks this is the bottom of the pile

Fantastic service. Staff is always willing to run the extra mile to help and get what we need. The facility is rather new , it's restaurants, pools and natural waters ( From Guarany water source) make this an unique experience.

Great location of your going to iguassa falls. Great place for families. Really good restaurants

The hotel is very good, just needs to improve the service of the pool bar area. The attention of Mr Ademir and Cacau was excellent!

Great place to visit with kids. Pool is heated, both inside and outside. Very nice playhouse as well as a nice outside playground. Bowling is cool too. The interior is sometimes a bit dated, personnel is friendly. Breakfast isn't bad, but I've had better. The I side pool was a bit dirty. Restaurant prices are pretty high for what you get, I think they want to push as many people as possible I to the buffet formula.

Nice hotel. Great food, good value. Strawberry daiquiri was delicious. Crowded on the weekend but very relaxed during the week.

Room given had a small window blocked by a roof overhang. When we asked if there were alternative rooms, the only other option offered was $262 a day additional. Extremely disappointing since we’re already paying a premium rate. Air conditioning in room is horrible. Hard beds.

Great hotel! My stay was really amazing. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always attentive and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, making for a relaxing stay. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. Also, breakfast was hearty and tasty. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to sights and public transportation. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lived experience. I will definitely be back on my next visit!

What a wonderful place in Foz do Iguacu. I spent one week at Recanto Cataratas for my son's international Futsal tournament and this resort was everything we could have asked for. 4 pools, bowling, soccer field, delicious lunch and dinner buffets, excellent breakfast choices, and very good service. They even allowed us a late checkout at 5 pm since our flight left later in the evening. My son liked it so much that he didn't want to leave. Well done Recanto Cataratas!
