The hotel has a high degrre of coziness, friendly, well managed, clean, good TV and fast wi fi. Superior breakfast. English and Spanish speaking front desk staff. Clara and Leandro do commendable work.

Great hotel, beds, staff and experience. Travel Suggestion Sharing: Tour desk tried to scare us away from walking across the bridge to Paraguay, saying it’s “dangerous,” so he wanted us to spend $30 each ($60 for two of us) on their “shopping tour.” Google search (from before covid) suggests thousands of people are constantly crossing so we decided to just try it on our own. We took a $3 Uber to any restaurant on the Brazil side a few blocks south of the “friendship bridge,” walked the easy 10-15 minutes across, enjoyed lunch and light shopping and wandering around for 4-5 hours, and another easy walk back across the bridge with $3 Uber back to the hotel (best to walk a a few blocks south away from the border so the Uber can reach you without waiting in border traffic). Didn’t feel unsafe, had a super side trip day (it is different!) and got a Paraguay stamp in our passports for fun (when we stopped at the immigration office the guy told us we don’t have to stamp out/in if it’s a day trip, but we did anyway).

Very nice little hotel, and in a great location. The mall is a block away, and the bus terminal is about 6 blocks away. The staff is extremely courteous and gracious. Some of them speak decent English too. Also, the included breakfast is easily the best among the 4 other hotels we stayed at in Brazil during our trip.

We came for the Italian pasta night, which was really good. The cheese selection is big, and the side dishes were really tasty. Service was on point, the servers were really helpful and explained us the dishes in English as well. We tried all the hot pastas they brought to us and even the beef. Really good experience for the R$89pp they charge. We arrived just before 8pm, and around 8:45pm some dancers came in and everyone was waiving their napkins while the live music was going. Lots of fun.

So much good food. Buffet was the best Italian buffet I've ever experienced. I ate so much I had to be rolled out cause I couldn't walk. I was in a complete food comma. There was even a little dancing going 9n and live music. This restaurant captured the Italian culture perfectly and the chef's are well trained in Italian cuisine. Bravo!

Our stay was ok. The hotel is located close to a shopping centre and a really good restaurant (Mafia Italian). The hotels service was ok, they were helpful when asked for information, however they could have been more attentive. The decor and fixtures in our room felt a little dated. However, I guess you get what you paid for with this place

The bed has two mattress toppers pushed together; and therefore, if you are in the middle of the bed very uncomfortable. Also, the AC was so loud I had to wear earplugs to sleep from the random clicking. Everything else was very nice, welcome drink, Gym, breakfast was great. Rooms are not that bad. However, quality of sleep is the most important.
