Great hotel overall. It needs an overhaul and, at least some LCD screens. The rooms are mostly made with wood, so it reverbs some sounds from the hall. But it's the only thing. If you're in the city for shopping or tourism and don't bother with luxury, this is a great choice. Good breakfast and awesome external structure. It is Very well located as well, close from Argentina and from the Falls.

Bathroom in my first room in the older part was disgusting disgusting to say the least the shower screen so old rusted very dirty couldn't even move it to close as kept coming off track moved to newer part & room was so spaceous & modern bathroom. Staff were very nice but on arrival got no information as to where the breakfast room ,or restaurant not even the pool area were had to find for myself no maps to tell you either there is differently a lot of room for improvement

The only complaint I have is the noise from the hallways. You can hear doors slamming and everyone talking. The gym is very basic but other than that, great hotel!

Lovely hotel but there are a lot of major road works going on. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel takes you to the airport and the falls . Only down side is lack of local amenities to walk to

The location of the hotel is okay. They do not speak english and ignore you if you ask them to do!! Very unfriendly! The rooms are 70s style, which was not the price worth it. Especially the shower could be from a crack house... But the cleaning personal were very friendly! And when you order the room service, it is going very fast. Even late at night. The breakfast food was okay. They need to do more Brazilian authentic food. Hopefully, they get a better management, which does the renovation work quicker. They need it, otherwise they can not compete with the rest of the hotels in 4 years anymore...

It's located nearby of the airport (6km), downtown (5km), Dutty Free, Argentinean Aduana (4km). Location couldn't be best. Wifi, parking, a/c, and a good room made my stay trully confortable. The food is amazing, from the breakfast, until the launch.

The hotel location its on the way to the Iguassu Fall that means there are a lot of nature and peace. Its also near by a large shopping mall. Rooms are kind of old so would be nice to come back and see a renovation. The emploeeys are nice and very kind though.

Hotel Room was nice and clean. We slept in the renovated part. We searched for a hotel with free WiFi because we had to work during the stay. But it's upset that the WiFi is only free for smartphones and for more connection like our computer we had to pay.

Very bad experience. Old hotel. Build around the 70's and left the same way since then. Staff at the reception didnt know any english. The plates I used for the breakfast were dirty. Many food residues on them. Very dissapointed. Please dont make the same mistake I did.The fotos on booking. com are from another dimension and dont reflect the reality for this particularly hotel. If I could I would rate with 0 stars

A good place. The floor is very comfortable, the service is good, the location is near of many places, including shopping center. There's bus stop in front of the hotel, facilitating locomotion to the greatest places there. The breakfast is good, and there some options to vegan people and gluten free bread too.
