Annoying music playing up to 10 pm. Apartment looks old style, scratched windows, uncomfortable squeaky beds, slow wifi conection, spider webs on the bathroom window and furniture, no plugs-in for phone and stuff near the bed... Staff don't respond to emails after reservation, we asked for upper floor room, with less noise, but they didn't fullfilled request, accomadated on second floor, windows facing to the pool and loud music playing all day long, quite annoying... They ripping off with food prices for dinner, we recommend going to local restaurants, with less money to spend on dinner... And then we asked for taxi to get to the Iguazu waterfalls on Argentinian side, they wanted to charge us 50 euros, embarassing, we managed to get local driver for 20 euros... For everything you have to pay, even for the game room in the hotel... This hotel ruined our overall positive experience about amazing Iguazu place and attractions it has to offer... :/

A very basic hotel. You can tell they’re struggling with having enough staff members. Cleaning is very minimal, hotel is very outdated, food is not great. Anyone can eat breakfast, there’s no one checking if you’re a guest at the hotel or not in order to eat. The elevator is HORRIBLE, most people just take the stairs because it takes forever to get on the elevator. I noticed the public bathroom by the reception desk had ran out of toilet paper so I went ahead and mentioned to the reception desk person. He apologized by saying two of their cleaning staff have covid and they’re short of help. I went and checked later and they had left the roll of toilet paper on the floor instead of putting in on the dispenser, the trash was overflowing from two days ago. The bedrooms were okay, internet was slow and air conditioner worked. However our door kept opening if we didn’t have it fully locked. This hotel needs some serious renovations and better service.

Very old hotel with sub-standard rooms and service! The room is cleaned with bleach and is smelling even at the evening. The outflows of the bathroom are smelling very awful as they had been never cleaned! The breakfast is not good at all. At dinner, the cooked pasta is re-warmed by a waiter in a not boiling pot of water. The refrigerator is from the last century. The beds are dirty, had hair on it and are smelling bad like the rest of the room. This is not a nice place.to stay!!!

The overall experience in the hotel was not good. The airconditioner was broke. The room looked like in the 90s and the half of the sockets didnt work. When we got help with our air conditioner he didnt get it fixed. The breakfeast was good but i would not try the crepes again.

The hotel is nicely put together. But, our room wasn't cleaned the first day. Besides that everything else was average, or slightly above.

Great hotel. Amazing breakfast, well trained employees, comfy beds. I'll definitely return if possible.

Although quite comfortable, it is a rather old and simple hotel. Large rooms and overall good facilities.

The hotel is the best in Foz do Iguaçu city. The service is excelent, the roons are beautiful.

The hotel is kept fairly clean, however the rooms and common areas could use an update.
