One of the best service we’ve experienced in Brazil. Every staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Location close to cool restaurants, malls etc. Soundproofing of the rooms are a bit weak—when there are a bunch of school kids staying in the same floor—but tolerable. We would love to come back.

The hotel overall is superb from the location to the staff. The pool is exceptional! As a suggestion, they could have a cable system that allows you to switch to the original language as there's only one channel with this function.

Best hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Super friendly staff, everything nice and clean. Very nice pool and really a affordable spa!! Excellent gym facilities. Rooms we're like a hotel should be. Only downside might have been the dinner at night, it could've been a bit better. But that is huge compensated by everything else. If I'm ever back in iguazu, I'll come back. Beautiful hotel experience and decent price for this!

Pretty good. Loved the breakfast, and the warm pool is great as we visited on winter. I stayed a few days at a 5 star resort and next time I'll choose Nadai over the other place because of the warm pool.

Really nice pool area. Hotel is on a busy street, so can be noisy. Ditto for the marble floors in the rooms and corridors. Furniture moving and flip flops in corridors are residing memories. Airco works well. WiFi a bit hit and miss. Good selection for breakfast.

Nice hotel but definitely not four star by European standards. You get a free drink on arrival - either a soft drink or a caipirinha. Arrived before noon but couldn't get into our room till 2pm (check in is 4pm to be fair). Waiter in the dining room tried to fob me off with a cheaper cheese burger trying to convince me it was a much more expensive one! Rooms are not huge but have very powerful air conditioning, a hairdryer, safe, small table and chairs and good shower with hot water. Pool is fair size and has a bar. Didn't try the spa. Recommend.

Ok hotel. We never managed to get the room cleaned if we did not put the sign on the door that we wanted cleaning. Very good breakfast with lot of selections. There was AC in the room that also could be used as heater which was needed in July.

This is a good hotel for the price, but you get what you pay for. I agree with others that the rooms are small with very few basic amenities. There have been some attempts to upgrade, but it is still a bit loud and dated. The breakfast is plentiful, not top quality cooking, but good for what you need on the very hot days here. The pool is smaller than it looked in the fotos, but seems nice and there is a bar at the pool if you just want to relax. The tiny gym has enough space and equipment if you want to maintain while traveling, but not enough for serious fitness buffs. The staff are very helpful and nice. Most speak enough English to help with most things that you need, but if you speak Spanish (or obviously Portuguese) it will be easier,but don't worry if you only speak English, they are all eager to help.

Overall, the experience was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a large variety of food and beverage provided for breakfast, which all tasted great. We had dinner at the hotel once during our stay and it was delightful, we later regretted not eating dinner there a second time because the restaurants we visited turned out mediocre. Location could not have been better, the military base (safety) is across the street and there is a bus terminal, in addition to a shopping mall within a few blocks. Lastly, their staff were very professional and courteous, they came to our aid on numerous occasions. If you are having doubts booking here, don't.

Lovely hotel, very clean good WiFi and friendly people work here. Some work going on at the time of my stay, drilling and banging started about 9am. Breakfast was lovely, get down early for the freshest croissants and baked food.

Such a bijoux but lovely hotel! Great facilities! Outstanding value and quality of food! Do I g area very chic and service good too! Edivoldo and restaurant team very efficient! Lovely buffet breakfast but no English tea bags! Jacqueline in reception was exceptional! Hotel shop and pool both excellent! Pool meals great portions and reasonably priced! Rooms a bit basic and dated but rest of hotel excelled in this department !
