Decent hotel in the area. The hotel is only a few years old. Our room was simple but spacious. The room could have used more light, but was otherwise fine. There is a decently sized outdoor pool and patio. The hotel has a small bar and restaurant. The included breakfast buffet was good. There is WiFi in the hotel (I did not use it), but it costs an hourly rate.

Hotel is placed ok , but staff is absolutely incompetent. They can not even arrange a settlement of the guest bill on the evening of departure. So on departure day there is long queues on the desk with only one staff taking credit cards. My recommendation: avoid this hotel due to its incapabilities to follow a „want to be 4 star“ hotel.

A nice quiet place not far away from the waterfalls. The room was clean and tidy. The pool is good and you can order drinks. The food choice is a bit limited. The card for the room did not always work so it was a bit of a struggle to get into the room every time.

I wish I could give it more stars because the place is gorgeous: big clean swimming pool, friendly and fast service, great full breakfast. However, in the check in they claimed they only had 1 key (we were 3), the door was constantly broken/running out of battery so we couldn’t enter, the shower broke, there was nothing to eat or drink in the room, not even courtesy water, it is very noisy and the gym is dirty and derelict (broken materials and not working machines). For a 4 star hotel they have a lot to work on. I won’t stay here again.

The staff are wonderful, but the rooms are just ok at best. The rooms were clean, but there were a lot of little bugs inside the bathroom. We found the window had been open prior to arriving and had a hard time getting the bugs out of the bathroom. The breakfast was low quality cafeteria style food. The fruit was mostly fresh. The place was good for the price but I'm not sure if I'd come back again.

The rooms to the road are really loud as they don't really isolate from any noise. The food for breakfast is a rather boring buffet, lunch and dinner not really any better. The people are really friendly, although most didn't speak any or only rudimentary English. The rooms were clean but run down. The bathroom is just not up to standard if you call yourself a designer hotel. The shower was just not worth mentioning. The room really missed a comfortable seat, as the beds were on wheels and moved away from the wall when you wanted to read something.

This hotel was really nice. I enjoyed it but they put us in the older part. There are newer rooms on the ground floor with WiFi cards not the olden style and better renovated. However when my mum told them they quickly rectified our rooms and were super friendly and helpful especially breakfast. Our chef Celinir Beysir (sorry for wrong spelling) spoke English and understood and accomodated us when we asked them to change and wash the pan as we are strictly vegetarian and don't allow meat contamination. I was also a bit embarassed as I put cheese in the toaster by mistake because of the meat contamination in the pan and it made a fire and was smoking and they were so helpful and didn't even scold me for it I was so sorry thank you. The TV's have screen mirroring which is nice ad there are no English channels. Indianara was also extremely nice and helpful and was so sweet to assist me with my toaster dilemma. I really recommend the hotel as there's a pool and a small game room and gym and the location to the falls and the Marco das Tres Fonteiras is super close. There's also a small shopping centre nearby. We also ordered room service (salmon) twice which was delicious. They also gave us free hot water to make tea in the room with no charge. We booked transport to the falls through the hotel and they gave us an amazing driver Teresa who spoke English and was so helpful and kind and sweet. We drove with her 3 times (twice to the falls and to the Marco das Tres Fonteiras) she told us all the recommendations and took pictures of us as a family it was amazing thank you so much I highly recommend her.

The lobby is spacious, a cool place of refuge from the heat and very modern in design. The food is delicious and plentiful. The pool is lovely. The rooms . .. way below par . . sparse . . barely an outlet to charge any appliances like camera battery chargers and a computer, let alone an ipad. The linens are ho-hum and not enough towels. The toilet seat is a disaster. My benchmark for a 3 star hotel is The Hampton Inns chain . .. .they never disappoint . .. this doesn't even come close. And don't ask for any converters so you can plug anything in . .. not available. Staff not overly friendly. Would not come here again.

Room was nice and clean, food was ok, without being super good. Ordered room service, which was completely ignored. Very noisy rooms.

As a 4 star hotel, gave me a bad experience. Old inside, the room not well cleaned, as you can see on those pictures. It was a disaster, newer go back again Only good think was the breakfast. Three time after left the room was expecting get the toilet clean and it was full of hair. Not even a single pen or a kettle, the bad smell in the toilet when you came from outside also very bad. Swimming pool full of dust and dead flies

Rooms are all off indoor hallways which were hot as hell. Restaurant was not good. Service was ok but food below average. Buffet dinner and breakfast. No good restaurants around. We were told there was one at a mall nearby but found none.
