The
photos...
I
give
a
1
for
the
following:
-Internet
does
not
work
in
several
parts
of
the
hotel.
Not
even
in
the
breakfast
room,
and
even
less
in
room
508.
I
have
to
anchor
myself
to
find
a
spot.
-
the
building
is
old,
and
the
appearance
is
not
the
best.
The
room
has
been
renovated,
and
it
is
good.
-
the
bed
linen
could
have
been
extra,
as
we
got
7
degrees
here
and
they
shouldn't
have
expected
that.
I
asked
for
a
towel
on
the
second
day,
which
came
with
a
horrible
smell!
Not
from
dirt,
but
from
smoke.
I
don't
know
where
it
came
from...
In
fact,
poor
quality
towel!!!
Too
thin
and
small.
-
there
is
no
minibar.
-
air
conditioning
cools,
but
does
not
heat
up
in
cold
weather.
-
cable
TV
does
not
exist.
In
my
room,
I
only
have
an
evangelical
TV,
and
SBT!
-
the
breakfast
is
not
5
stars,
but
it
is
well
done,
with
options
of
juice,
coffee,
milk,
cakes,
cold
cuts,
and
some
other
options.

shower,
good!
However,
1
day
there
was
no
hot
water!

it
has
a
garage
for
guests,
it's
a
good
idea
to
ask
to
open
it
at
the
entrance,
but...
One
day
at
night
we
were
on
the
street
waiting
for
the
attendant
to
open
the
garage
door
and
gate.
-
the
attendants
are
usually
kind
and
try
to
cover
the
hotel's
shortcomings.
However,
my
anger
at
being
here
is
that
in
both
the
TV
and
water
episode,
someone
who
does
everything
here,
said
there
was
no
way
to
repair
it,
because
the
boiler
was
broken
and
the
person
in
charge
wasn't
answering
the
phone,
something
like
that,
but
in
the
At
the
end
of
the
day,
the
water
resolved
and
I
was
able
to
take
a
shower
after
24
hours.
As
for
the
TV,
the
guy
said
there
was
nothing
to
do
in
the
room,
and
he
really
didn't!
4
days
with
SBT!!!
Anyway,
it
can
be
seen
that
the
hotel
is
poorly
managed,
but
it
is
trying
to
recover.
This
feedback
does
not
drive
away
customers,
but
rather
serves
as
constructive
criticism
to
the
owner.
