It was ok. The pool has no lounge chairs, the water is hit miss if it hot, and room floor was dirty. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and it's convenient.

They are ok. Clean Hotel which is a plus! ... Breakfast is ok too, nothing special !! The location is awesome, walking distance to bars and restaurants!! Just do NOT ask for extra towels, they charge it !Which I do NOT think it’s a “friendly behavior”, very disappointing!!! Reply: This is quite pathetic!! No, do NOT expect me to come back and stay at this hotel, nether refer it to family and friends!! I’ve been all over the world and never went through such STINGY behavior from this cheap Hotel. Again, the location is great, the Hotel is kind of clean, breakfast is very poor. So, why should come back or refer it?

Poor quality hotel. Paid 100$ for one night for 3 people. Beds weren’t comfy, toilet didn’t flush and the pool wasn’t heated. No one came to fix the toilet even after calling downstairs. When i went downstairs, they simply said sorry and that was it. Also the tour agency were not there over half the time. We were trying to hire a car only to find nobody. Only pros were the location and breakfast was decent. Pretty disappointed, expected more.

Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Situated just at the start of the shopping street which is to the right from the junction just ahead. Couple of good steak houses near by. The break fast was good. Rooms and wash rooms are really spacious. Handicap is that there are only 2 elevators for such a large hotel.

Excellent roof terrace, staff a little unfriendly but did the job. Rooms satisfactory.

probably not fair of me to only state the negatives about my stay here, but i'm sure other reviews will cover the "pros" i came here with my other half to celebrate his bday. on the 3rd day, we noticed the ac unit was dripping water & wet his shoes. we let them know on our way out & after being out all day, it was still dripping when we got back at night. there was no communication from staff about the issue not being resolved. i added the romance package, which includes special romantic decore, a bottle of bubbly, a plate of cold cuts, and breakfast in bed for one day of our stay. i had asked to have the breakfast for friday, but it arrived thursday morning at 7am which woke us up from our sleep. the breakfast was meant to be delivered to our room on the day we had an early start for a tour lasting 10 hours. before heading out for the day on thursday, i checked with reception to verify everything was still confirmed for them to decorate the room after noon while we were out and have the food and bottle of bubbly delivered to the room after 8pm before we arrived back to our room. it was meant to be a surprise and after a long day and a little stressful with everything we did, i was excited to surprise him and wind down before the long day tomorrow. I'm beyond disappointed. after processing the situation, we decided to call the reception to ask for a manager to address an issue, but there was no manager on the property. instead, an employee from the hotel came to our room and listened to everything i mentioned above. after hearing everything, they said they couldn't do anything, but would send someone else to come and take our complaint that would then be relayed to the manager the following morning. they said they would normally change us to another room, but that wasn't possible tonight. I understand why it wasn’t possible to switch us to another room at this hour of the night, but the issue was brought to their attention this morning and they could have thought of this ahead of time if they couldn’t fix the ac unit during the day. overall, i'm greatly disappointed. we won't be spending much time at the hotel until we leave in the crack of dawn on saturday after being out all day on friday, so any resolution at this point won't really matter because we will be leaving. i wish i could recommend this place for the obvious positives, the location, etc, but i would not recommend it.

Excellent location along the main road. Breakfast is superb with plenty of choices!! Rooms are very spacious and clean. Service and staff are exceptional and kind. Would highly recommend this place if staying in Foz do Iguacu.

Clean, simple, friendly staff, good value for money.

I am very much impressed with this place taking into consideration that it is rated a 3-star hotel. I've stayed in 4-star hotels around the world that should look at Viale Tower as an example. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with very efficient air conditioning, which is almost mandatory when outside temperatures reach 44 degrees C. Breakfast was just what I needed - delicious, plenty of items, great coffee, super fresh fruit, and very helpful staff members. The rooftop is a gem! Take your camera for great pics and enjoy the pool. And Maria, a member of the cleaning crew, even stopped what she was doing to open the rooftop door to allow me to take a few shots of Paraguay and Brazil. You cal also spot Argentina, but you'd need to look at a map first. Thank you!

Great help of the reception staff. Very comfortable room. Fresh breakfast. Rooftop bar and pool are great (right now on renovation but still usable). Makes the stay at this place very nice as the city is not that attractive to hang out or do sightseeing.

A very nice modern hotel in the heart of Foz du iguazu.  It offers a restaurant, a bar & a rooftop pool, plus free breakfast. The rooms are good with modern amenities. The rooftop view is spectacular. Especially at night when you can see the lights of Argentina. The breakfast spread was good. Be careful of the crowded lifts in the morning especially breakfast time. Staff are good.
