We
stayed
at
the
hotel
for
5
days
and
unfortunately
it
was
not
a
very
good
experience.
Our
room
was
not
ready
when
we
checked
in
and
when
it
was
ready,
the
room
and
bathroom
were
not
clean,
there
was
no
toilet
paper
in
the
bathroom
and
we
had
to
go
to
reception
to
get
it,
as
the
rooms
do
not
have
a
telephone
to
speak
to.

On
the
second
day
another
surprise,
we
arrived
in
the
afternoon
from
a
tour
and
there
were
no
bath
towels
in
the
room
and
when
asking
the
reception,
they
informed
that
they
did
not
have
towels
because
they
were
washing...
obviously
after
complaining,
they
arranged
towels.
Breakfast
is
very
simple,
but
it
only
starts
to
be
served
at
7:00,
meaning
if
you
have
an
early
trip,
you
won't
have
breakfast.
The
room
does
not
have
a
minibar
and
the
hotel
also
does
not
have
a
kitchen
that
can
serve
meals
other
than
breakfast.
I
complained
about
the
cleaning
and
asked
for
the
bathroom
to
be
cleaned,
but
this
was
not
done.
When
we
returned
to
the
hotel
the
bathroom
was
just
as
dirty.
The
air
conditioning
is
noisy
and
does
not
cool
properly.
I
thought
it
was
just
in
our
room,
but
during
our
stay,
I
saw
several
people
complaining
about
the
same
thing.
At
the
reception
there
is
someone
different
every
hour
and
they
obviously
don't
communicate
with
each
other,
because
the
day
before
our
check
out,
we
informed
them
that
we
would
be
leaving
after
normal
hours
and
we
were
told
how
much
this
would
cost
us,
where
the
attendant
wrote
it
down
on
the
paper
they
use
to
control
what
the
room
consumes
or
pays
for,
and
the
person
who
was
there
the
next
day
didn't
know,
even
though
in
the
morning
we
informed
the
reception
again
about
our
departure
time,
they
went
up
to
our
room
to
find
out
why
we
hadn't
left
yet,
or
In
other
words,
bad
service,
unprepared
people.
