Reasonable breakfast In short, a terrible hotel, you can't leave it without stars. My indignation remains.

The hotel closed and now you can stay in rooms through Airbnb. The host, Karina, is very polite and receptive. The bed was huge and very comfortable, it was the most interesting thing!!!! The room's energy works when you place a card that is attached to the room key in a terminal behind the room's light switch, however, at night this system is bad, as you need to enter the dark room, using your cell phone's flashlight. on to lock the door, then place the key in the terminal and turn on the room light.

I made a reservation at the hotel online in the morning, when I got there in the late afternoon the building had no electricity and was expected to return only at the end of the night. So I decided that I would cancel the reservation and look for another place, however, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee for the entire reservation value of the 3 rooms totaling R$550, and I was only canceling due to their problem, the lack of power. and a generator to support situations like that. I tried to contact the manager by phone to try to resolve the absurd fee issue, but he hung up the phone. After waiting for a while at the reception while I called the manager more than 15 times and he didn't answer, luckily, the power came back on, it was then that I decided to stay, since the only reason that stopped me was the lack of power in the place. . When going up to the rooms I came across a bed lining with dirt stains, worn towels that were almost transparent, filthy air conditioning, peeling ceiling, one of the showers installed at an angle where to take a shower you had to practically stick to the wall, It does not have an elevator and an unventilated breakfast area, which makes the place very stuffy. Apparently several areas of the hotel are undergoing renovation, but all of them are unfinished, which makes the experience there very unpleasant.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and unfortunately it was not a very good experience. Our room was not ready when we checked in and when it was ready, the room and bathroom were not clean, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and we had to go to reception to get it, as the rooms do not have a telephone to speak to. they. On the second day another surprise, we arrived in the afternoon from a tour and there were no bath towels in the room and when asking the reception, they informed that they did not have towels because they were washing... obviously after complaining, they arranged towels. Breakfast is very simple, but it only starts to be served at 7:00, meaning if you have an early trip, you won't have breakfast. The room does not have a minibar and the hotel also does not have a kitchen that can serve meals other than breakfast. I complained about the cleaning and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, but this was not done. When we returned to the hotel the bathroom was just as dirty. The air conditioning is noisy and does not cool properly. I thought it was just in our room, but during our stay, I saw several people complaining about the same thing. At the reception there is someone different every hour and they obviously don't communicate with each other, because the day before our check out, we informed them that we would be leaving after normal hours and we were told how much this would cost us, where the attendant wrote it down on the paper they use to control what the room consumes or pays for, and the person who was there the next day didn't know, even though in the morning we informed the reception again about our departure time, they went up to our room to find out why we hadn't left yet, or In other words, bad service, unprepared people.

I spent eight days in October with my husband and the stay was really great. We didn't have any problems. Very attentive and polite staff. Clean apartment, clean towels, clean bed linen, air conditioning working perfectly, TV, place to organize luggage. It has a great location (gym right next door, restaurant nearby), I recommend the hotel for those who don't have frills, as it doesn't have much luxury, but it has all the necessary items that a person needs.

Family service is great. A family atmosphere that is difficult to find these days. We will be back again!
