4.5 stars You get what you pay for. Staff is friendly, buffet is good, breakfast is great, pool is nice. This hotel is perfectly located to visit the Brazil and Argentina side of the park and it’s only 5 mins away from the airport which great! The hotel helped us set up a taxi to bring us to Argentina and back. It was perfect

We stayed at this hotel with my husband in May, 2022 and it was nice experience! We arrived at 4 am and found a guy at the front desk who spoke English fluently and provided us with all information we needed at the moment. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and was willing to help any time we asked. The only downside of the hotel, I consider a lack of sound insulation.

Beautiful hotel with all the comforts. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is a very complete American type, the hotel buffet is excellent. It has a swimming pool, soccer fields, mini golf, children's area, a bar with a pool table and ping pong, massages and other amenities. It is next to a water park. and most importantly very close to the iguazú falls.

Nice and clean hotel near the Brazilian Iguazu National Park. Good buffet dinner spread but breakfast spread was just normal.

This hotel is about 15min away from the border to Argentina that we were able to visit the Iguazu falls there as well as the Brazil side. Hotel has hammocks, trampoline with kids area, a bar with table games, a praying chappel, a golf area but didn't see golf equipment, the water Parke they offer was closed, there's no microwave in the rooms, but the breakfast options were good although they serve the same thi g everyday. Would definitely stay here again.

I found the hotel to be wonderful and clean. The staff in particular Patricia, Poliana, Nivaldo, Joaquim, Jenifer and Thiago were amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. I would recommend the hotel without a doubt. On the last evening Patricia and Poliana even gave my wife and I a wonderful goodbye hug which made us emotional for being treated like family members. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful

We liked this hotel. I think it is one of the best to visit waterfalls since it is not very far from them. It has large swimming pool and aquapark for kids. Food in the restaurant is really good including breakfast and dinner. We were allowed to stay by the swimming pool the whole day, since we had a late flight. It was really nice👍🏻

Excellent choice for families cloro to airport, caso to the exit for Puerto Iguazu and close to Iguazu Falls

Nice large and I expensive room, modern and clean. A nice pool area with bar. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were good. Location convenient for the Brazil falls, less than £5 in a taxi and also for the airport.

The staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful. Room was good, clean and a decent size. Beds very comfortable. Food was great: breakfast a feast and we had the evening buffet a couple of times which was also very good. Pool area was nice. The games room was good and they have equipment to borrow for the tennis, crazy golf, etc., for free. Nice touch. Location is halfway between the falls and town so convenient but you can't really walk from the hotel to anywhere so have to get taxi's. It is on the main road so try to get a room facing away from that. Mind you we had one gaving the main road and it wasn't that bad. My only two improvement areas. There are no water refill stations. I would not expect to have to buy drinking water from a hotel and it is not good for the environment either. Also the gym equipment cod do with a bit of an update.

Business Suite has an American style Jacuzzi for 2 in the middle of the living room! Food is on point, can get a little noisy at the pool with microphone announcements otherwise perfect place to be in the city.

Very lovely resort with many amenities. They had soccer, tennis, mini golf, an eco trail that explained about different native plants and trees, and a wonderful swimming pool. We were there from Thursday night to Monday morning. Friday was wonderful. It was a peaceful atmosphere and we really enjoyed it. However, on the weekend, the live music by the pool was so loud that we had our television in our room at 100% volume and could still barely hear it over the music. We asked the tour agent at the hotel about several activities and she told us that each one was closed. We found out that they were not closed and we were still able to enjoy them, but we would not have if we had listened to her. I realize that we came out of season, but it still seemed unprofessional for the resort's tour agent to not know what was available and what was not. Lastly, we stayed for 4 nights and our trash was never emptied and our sheets were never changed or the bed even made. (For reference, we have had this daily in our $30/night hotels and we had one of the most expensive rooms at this resort). Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, but it would have been much better if the music were less loud, the tour agent knew which things were open, and the beds were made daily. We would still recommend the resort, but there is room for improvement.

Main toilet if the hall without cover. It's more like an stadium or disco toilet. When we have a "full house" of passengers, then the WiFi really sucks

Cozy and affordable resort with a beautiful forest within the property. There is a small and beautiful waterfall in there (Rio Tamanduá). The facilities are new, the rooms are wide and the catering is great. There is a team of professionals to care for the guest's children. I recommend it!

Hotel was beautiful and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size. Breakfast buffet had a lot of different choices to choose from.

Large resortstyle hotel between town and the airport. Nothing else within walking distance, apart from the next door waterworld. Rooms are ok, wifi works well. Breakfast caters to locals only, with only white and very white bread, cheese in everything and mediocre coffee.
