The
people
at
the
front
desk,
along
with
the
old
lady,
who
may
or
may
not
be
the
owner,
are
all
very
rude
here.
I'm
not
sure
if
it's
because
of
the
culture,
but
there
was
a
clear
distinction
in
how
they
treated
different
people
of
different
ethnicities.
The
rooms
were
old
and
dingy,
an
example
is
how
my
toilet
seat
was
green
and
brown
stained
for
a
whole
month.
I
would
also
hear
loud
parties
of
people
at
all
hours
in
the
evenings
after
the
quiet
time.
None
of
these
loud
groups
were
told
to
be
quiet;
however,
we
were
told
to
keep
quiet
when
just
giggling
while
grabbing
a
coffee
one
night.
The
housekeepers
and
barstaff
were
nice
though.
Clearly
this
hotel
needs
a
renovation
and
a
change
of
staff
in
the
front.
The
front
desk
is
the
first
impression
a
hotel
can
make
upon
the
client,
and
they
made
a
terrible
one.
