Very nice hotel with a great river view, but close enough to walk into town. Very good service and friendly.

I went with my extended family for 4 days to Puerto Iguazu and stayed at this hotel. We were 17 in all. The hotel is simple, and comfortable, with rooms for two and three people. Prices were a good value and the attention we received was responsive, polite, and efficient. The food in the main restaurant was excellent! in July 2022 the average dinner plate was under US$10 and many of the dishes one could share, as they were plentiful. The swimming pool was open and the weather was excellent about 75 degrees! The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the Brazilian crossing. If you are American or foreign the Brazilian government requires proof of vaccination!

Excellent staff. The views cannot be beat. They even have a cute dog that is there to just hang out with you if you are home sick for your own puppy. Food and drinks were lovely. I recommend at least one sunset by the pool.

An excellent location, great facilities, very clean, great service. Highly recommended! The pool and outside jacuzzi are the best and spotless, with great views too!

The location is convenient to both sides of the falls, as well as the local town (walkable) and Tres Fronteras (walkable). All staff were courteous and attentive...special shoutout to Franco who truly took the time to get to know us! The food at the restaurant is fantastic, and the pool has gorgeous views!

We had a balcony room in 4th floor, spacious enough, with great view. Breakfast was fine, good choice of everything, we had also a lunch in hotel restaurant - two meals, soft drinks, coffee for some twenty EUR, just fine for European. Staff very nice and helpful, outdoor pool and jacuzzi could be cleaner but ok for a relax and sunbathing. City center is maybe five minutes walk with a choice of restaurants, bars, most of them accepting credit cards. If you need a taxi, the reception would call one - we always had a nice helpful lady. Prices - to Iguazu Falls and back about 16.000 ARS, to IGR airport one way approx same amount. The price itself around 200 EUR per night is a bit crazy anyway..

Very nice hotel. The grounds are very well maintained. Exceptional view of the intersection of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. Short walking distance to many restaurants.

It was a marvellous hotel. They provided a gorgeous bedroom, king size bed and beautiful large sitting/relaxing area. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you

Location is good and common areas are clean but it leaves a lot to be desired for claiming to be a 4star hotel. There were stains on the switches; the bathroom and walls in general were worn down. Did not have a lot of amenities, for example there were no tissues and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool.

With a good view over the Three Frontier area, the hotel is placed on a hill next to the Iguazu river, offering a spectacular view over three countries (Argentina, Brasil and Paraguay). The rooms are spacious enough, the bathroom also. The hotel has a pool and a jacuzzi outside and a spa area on the last floor (for the spa you have to pay separately). The breakfast offers a good variety of fruits. The hotel also has a restaurant but we didn't try it.

Good location , overlooking the river with 3 countries, as seen in the photo. Rooms need bit of an upgrade. Nice pool area.

Gorgeous Hotel and great service. If you are not from Argentina I recommend you exchange your currency at the Blue Rate and pay the hotel in pesos. It will be about 40% cheaper.

Had a great stay here. Staff are fantastic. Room was perfect. Food was fab! Lovely pool with great views. Highly recommended. Would have stayed longer if we had time.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights from 8 to 11June and I had enjoyed so much staying there. Since the night we checked in and until the day we left, we had been well taken care of by the staff in the hotel. Especially worth mentioning is Jonatan who managed the concierge. He spoke good English and had in details explained everything about the hotel services, the free spa, the hot Roman bath, etc. He had also provided us information on where to eat, how to visit the Iguasu waterfalls on both the Brazilian and Argentina sides ‘efficiently’ 😊 not to mention the ‘blue rate’ of peso vs US dollars 👍 He was polite, kind and wonderful, always cheering and made you feel good. Besides that, other staff were also very nice. They were very polite and always greet you with smiles. The staff in the restaurant serving breakfasts were really good. They tendered to our details, though the food could be better. But still, I have nothing to complain but only showing my appreciation. Back to the hotel itself, rooms, facilities, swimming pool, etc. were good. Value for money. I consider it to be one of the best hotels in Puerto Igausu. If you stay at the 4th floor with a balcony, you can enjoy the river view + the Brazilian side + ferris wheel on the opposite border…. Honestly speaking, when I come back to Igausu, Panoramic Grand is certainly the hotel I will return to stay. Wonderful and well done, Jonatan and other staff there. Mucho Gratis.

We stayed four nights her while visiting the falls. The service was very, very good. Courteous, helpful and respectful. The buffet breakfast was awesome. The location is excellent. From our balcony we looked down the Iguazú river to Paraguay, with Brazil to our right. The sunsets were stunning. Downtown Iguazu is only a 10 minute walk.

Booked here with a group tour to the falls and stayed 2 nights. Pool area is great, food is large servings, and non slip shower mat provided when asked, bed very comfortable but English communication is a problem. I asked for ravioli pasta and got spaghetti which they changed however a side salad never arrived and after asking several times, I went to my room and was ready for bed only to have the salad delivered to the door but too late. The bathroom door did not close properly and very dark inside.

Very nice hotel. Dual jacuzzis overlook the river and the spa has great rates. Great base to explore the falls from. Only thing is we had to get room changed to other side of building due to main building air conditioner Humming that was constantly heard through window on third floor. Switching was no problem and the staff is super friendly and speak English well if needed.

Beautiful hotel almost in the middle of the jungle. Great restaurants and breakfast, but the start was the staff, very friendly and service minded.

husband and I stayed here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Despite it being public holidays, the staff were very attentive and on point. We got the river view balcony room which was awesome. The facilities of the hotel are great and we especially enjoyed the pool, pool bar, the buffet breakfast and lobby area. Rooms were nice, spacious, clean and stylish and to me this felt more like an entry level 4 star hotel or a 3 star done really well! The spa services and pool bar are also very affordable.

Nice hotel near street with restaurants and food stalls. Very convenient. Rooms are standard and very clean and breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly and helped us plan our trip to the falls as well as book taxis. Pool and sun lounge area is a great bonus for when you are not exploring the national park. Would recommend.

Amazing hotel with probably the best view in Puerto Iguazú, and amazing breakfast

We checked in today, dropped off our bags and went out immediately to walk around town. Upon our return we noticed the power kept going out ever few minutes and were extremely disappointed of the cleanliness of the the room, we are staying on the 2nd floor the carpet in the room is beyond filthy, the shower is extremely dirty with mold dirt on every corner, the shower head is rusty, the bedsheets had stains overall not a clean room at all. We called the front desk to request for our room to be changed and they told us they couldn’t do it until the next day after speaking to the supervisor, we requested the sheets to be changed and were given push back saying that the sheets all are wash in the Hotel?! What kind of answer is this after a customer complaints about cleanliness? We are extremely disappointed of the service, cleanliness, and hotel hygiene overall.
