stayed
in
the
hotel
for
3
nights
from
8
to
11June
and
I
had
enjoyed
so
much
staying
there.
Since
the
night
we
checked
in
and
until
the
day
we
left,
we
had
been
well
taken
care
of
by
the
staff
in
the
hotel.
Especially
worth
mentioning
is
Jonatan
who
managed
the
concierge.
He
spoke
good
English
and
had
in
details
explained
everything
about
the
hotel
services,
the
free
spa,
the
hot
Roman
bath,
etc.
He
had
also
provided
us
information
on
where
to
eat,
how
to
visit
the
Iguasu
waterfalls
on
both
the
Brazilian
and
Argentina
sides
‘efficiently’
😊
not
to
mention
the
‘blue
rate’
of
peso
vs
US
dollars
👍
He
was
polite,
kind
and
wonderful,
always
cheering
and
made
you
feel
good.
Besides
that,
other
staff
were
also
very
nice.
They
were
very
polite
and
always
greet
you
with
smiles.
The
staff
in
the
restaurant
serving
breakfasts
were
really
good.
They
tendered
to
our
details,
though
the
food
could
be
better.
But
still,
I
have
nothing
to
complain
but
only
showing
my
appreciation.
Back
to
the
hotel
itself,
rooms,
facilities,
swimming
pool,
etc.
were
good.
Value
for
money.
I
consider
it
to
be
one
of
the
best
hotels
in
Puerto
Igausu.
If
you
stay
at
the
4th
floor
with
a
balcony,
you
can
enjoy
the
river
view
+
the
Brazilian
side
+
ferris
wheel
on
the
opposite
border….
Honestly
speaking,
when
I
come
back
to
Igausu,
Panoramic
Grand
is
certainly
the
hotel
I
will
return
to
stay.
