This hotel was once an excellent property. However it needs maintenance. They also tried to charge me a resort fee that was never disclosed to me anywhere until checkout. The restaurant food sucks eat outside. Absolutely no taste. All these things being said the hotel itself is beautiful for an average person who doesn't know any better. Next time I'm staying at the Sheraton where they know how to take care of guests. Not the end of the world to stay here just not a five star hotel. This hotel does have a casino that's connected to it if that's important to you. Transportation is excellent at this hotel.

Had a problem at check in. Immediately handled by management. Bartender makes a good drink and food was good at the 2 out of 3 restaurants I visited.

Amazing hotel, quiet, beautiful, so much to do, 500m from the border with Brazil so you can see the Brazil side of the falls, very convenient to be so close. The Madero Tango dinner show was amazing! Even better than the Madero Tango in Buenos Aires. The spa is also awesome, Paola is an outstanding masseuse, highly recommend her!

Title: A Remarkable Paradise - Iguazu Grand Resort Spa Hotel Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) From the moment we arrived, it became clear that the Iguazu Grand Resort Spa Hotel is an oasis of luxury nestled in the heart of the stunning natural beauty of Iguazu. This five-star property delivered an exceptional experience that met and exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the amicable staff, who were attentive, professional, and dedicated to ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. They provided personalized service that made us feel truly valued. The rooms were a real standout. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and adorned with tasteful decor that seamlessly blended comfort with elegance. The hotel's dining options were impressive. Each restaurant served a wide variety of dishes, with menu options appealing to all palates. From local Argentinian specialties to international cuisine, every meal was a gastronomic adventure. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, offering a diverse selection of fresh and delicious items to start the day right. The spa facilities were a dream. What truly took me by surprise and elevated our family stay to an unforgettable experience were the resort's spa facilities. As a seasoned traveler, I often seek out massage and wellness treatments during my trips. My massage at the Iguazu Grand Resort, provided by Paula, a seasoned professional with over 12 years of therapeutic and healing industry experience, was by far the best I have received in years. The level of relaxation and rejuvenation I felt post-treatment was unparalleled. After spending a day exploring the magnificent Iguazu Falls, flying helicopters, and taking speedboats to witness the magnificent views, the spa provided the perfect retreat. The range of treatments was extensive, and the skillful therapists ensured a rejuvenating experience. The resort's location is unbeatable. It's in close proximity to the mesmerizing Iguazu Falls, making it the perfect base for exploring this natural wonder. Yet, the resort itself feels like a serene getaway, with beautifully manicured gardens, multiple pools, and recreational facilities that captured our hearts. In summary, the Iguazu Grand Resort Spa Hotel is a haven of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. It offers an unbeatable combination of excellent service, exquisite dining, world-class facilities, and an incredible location. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and eager to return. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Iguazu region. It truly deserves its five-star rating!

We came without announcement. The staff is exorbitantly friendly with a smile on their face. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the professional manners of the staff, including concierge and restaurant staff. Rooms are huge and clean. Air conditioning is clean and functional. I only wish the outside pool area was filtered / cleaned more often, it looked a bit dirty if you look closely. The outside area has seen better days, but it is still beautiful. all in all I can definitely recommend the hotel. We paid in Arg Peso at the front desk without reservation. Prices were approx. 130$ per night. Kind regards, AL & FJ

Very good location, very nice room, excellent service, good buffet breakfast, amazing pool and amenities. Unfortunately we found it hard to sleep on Saturday night because loud music was booming until the early hours of the morning. Otherwise I highly recommend.

Very friendly service. Really nice facilities - spacious and very comfortable rooms, decent restaurants, spa and pools. Very well equipped gym. Only thing to improve - The place was full of screaming kids. In the restaurant, on hall ways or during the breakfast the situation was regularly out of control. The hotel management should be a bit more strict in creating an environment that accommodates all guests - police certain noise levels and adequate behaviour in public areas of the hotel.

We prefer boutique hotels but were advised there were few near the falls. This hotel was very nice and near very good local restaurants.

Nice, large rooms. Food in the restaurants was good value. Hotel is attached to the casino if you enjoy gambling. Pool was really nice but little used.
