The hotel is great but if you're without a car they have an agreement with local cabs that will rip you off. Prices for close destinations are extremely high. why such a great place would do that to their tourists?

5 star pool and grounds only. The hotel is super tired but still lovely. The pools are beyond spectacular. Service levels are atrocious. Apathetic staff. Mediocre food - it's not bad.... just mediocre. None of the staff smile. Something is wrong with the staff culture here. A 3 star hotel with a 5 star pool.

Great hotel in Iguazú. I particularly like the swimming pools and the forest. It's truly a top-notch hotel; maybe not 5-star for global standards but excellent nonetheless. I'd definitely recommend, and I'd definitely go back.

Spectacular hotel in the heart of the jungle. Exceptional service, very friendly and professional staff at your service to help you get the most perfect experience. Clean, comfortable and spacious room with a balcony overseeing the jungle. Good breakfast. The most amazing landscape surrounding the three beautiful pools. Everything feels perfect while your are here. The spa is first class. Kids area, tv room, conference room. A great experience.

Landscape is amazing. Pools are amazing. However, there is not a designated place for smokers, so you may find people smoking anywhere… even next to kids. 5 stars hotels excludes smokers from the rest of the people.

the air conditioning does not cool, all the channels look very bad, the attention of the helpdesk is terrible, maintenance is a disaster, the window does not close, the room phone does not work. they really make you feel a fool for paying a so expensive rate of the hotel and they does not give you anything different from the cheapest in the area. lousy hotel

Exceptionally nice hotel tucked away in the jungle, bordering the Iguazú river. The facilities are great, rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms were large and dealt with a family of 4 just fine with the division of the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The pools were fantastic, underneath the canopy of the trees. Several pools with several different depths to accommodate the wee folk. Sightings of hummingbirds around the flowers bordering the pools. Pool bar is great, first time I had relaxed with a margarita in too long. The service and dinner menu could use an adjustment. Wasn’t impressed with the cooks. Meat usually too overdone, service slow and disorganized around the restaurants, but service was great elsewhere in the hotel. It’s pricey, but we enjoyed the escape for a few days.

The grounds look like a postcard. The pool feels like you’re swimming amongst the trees. Unfortunately we had cash stolen from our room. Whilst checking out we realised cash was missing. One of the hotel staff made an off-the-cuff remark that this wasn’t the first time this has happened, then quickly tried to walk back his comments. This could be such a beautiful place to stay, if only they had trustworthy staff that didn’t steal from guests.

It is an OK resort. Child friendly and full of kids so if you are after relaxation and calmness, don’t come, you’ll be disappointed. The service is hectic (which is fairly typical for Argentina). The food is fine though served painfully slowly. They regularly run out of pool towels so grab some when you can. In summary, a decent place, certainly far from 5 stars though

Bland, volume, tourist hotel. It could be anywhere in the world. Room was really nice, but only ever had tepid water, the staff were incredibly young, enthusiastic but hopeless. The restaurant had the vibe of a motorway service station with food quality to match. Screaming kids, shouting parents, and 80’s soft rock music piped into every public area. After 2 fantastic weeks touring Argentina this was a real downer, we ended up counting the hours to leave and fly home.

I’ll be totally honest- this place is overpriced. It’s in a beautiful place , the lodge is gorgeous, the pools are amazing. That’s about where it ends. The food is very very bland. Tried dinner twice and desert once, along with breakfast every morning. Nothing was ever more than a 5 out of 10. I got the best villa in the house. $2900 for 4 days. In USD. It was crawling with massive ants. The toilet was leaking from the base and we had to plug it with towels even after notifying reception. Air conditioner also leaked extensively. We had to throw down towels. At one point there was even a lizard running around inside the room. The outdoor private jacuzzi was nice. I’d say this suite is worth no more than $300/night max. They are overpriced .

Everything was incredibly enjoyable. The staff was exceptional, as they kindly provided us with a courtesy room to take a shower before we left. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and generosity.

Cannot agree with the negative reviews. I found the location to be incredible with magnificent pools, service was good and food was excellent. That's my experience and I highly recommend the hotel.

Great lobby, pool and common spaces. Rooms are large and comfortable. However hotel needs some work and not everything works in the room. Not a 5 start hotel, maybe a 4. You can also hear noises when people walk in the floor above, which is very inconvenient.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The gym is OK, but the cable machines needed a lot of maintenance. It is a bit out of the way from town, but it's also nice and quiet.

Spectacular stay, the accomodation was exceptional as well as its lovely staff! The design of the pool (I thought) was really well designed, will be visiting back.

The pools are stunning and there is a little tram to go down to the river (it opens at 9am and we left before that, so I didn't see it). The balcony is lovely and the sounds of the jungle come alive at dusk. The food is not excellent and is expensive. I wouldn't recommend eating there.

An enchanted beautiful hotel suites located within the jungle close to the Argentinian Jguazu. The architecture is amazing, the room are clean convenient and welcoming. the food is excellent, the swimming pool and the spa are convenient and not too crowded. The stuff is very professional and helpful. In short, probably the best hotel we have been to in our journey to Argentina. I would come back again🙏🙏🙏🔥🔥🔥

Great customer service, rooms and food! I only wish there was also a heated swimming pool for the colder days

We booked five nights here but when we arrived we realised we had made a mistake with the pricing. We stayed one night (as we arrived late at night) and the next day the staff helpfully agreed we could cancel our remaining four nights and we were grateful for that. However, we must say that unfortunately we cannot see how this is a five star hotel or worth the very high prices. Breakfast was decent (although nothing special) but the food at dinner at the restaurant was poorly cooked (we had to send a steak back) and took over 45 minutes to arrive. The website says there are four pools but it is really one pool divided into sections. The pool is unheated and too cold to swim in. We booked a 2 x queen bed room but when we arrived our room was a queen plus a single bed and an infant cot bed. They did switch it to a 2 x queen bed on request but a true five star hotel would get this right first time. The bathroom was dirty and needs modernising, the bath tub was stained yellow. We got badly bitten by insects in the room too. We had to ask for blankets as the beds were made up only with sheets. The hotel is located far away from the town of Puerto Iguazu in the jungle which gives it a peaceful setting. But it means guests are a captive audience and have no choice but to eat every meal at the hotel or pay for taxis. Taxis in Puerto Iguazu are much more expensive than elsewhere in Argentina. It costs 5,000 pesos to the airport and also to the Falls. The hotel provides a free transfer from the airport but not back to the airport. Overall we are glad we decided to switch hotels and while we were grateful for the professionalism of the staff when we asked to cancel, we think the hotel overall has a long way to go to justify its star rating and price tag.

Hospitality, 2 thumbs up!!. We got to the hotel late evening and we went to dinner, Guillermo at the restaurant made our dinner more enjoyable, thank you Guillermo 😊. Tamara, sweet young lady who picked up us at the airport, gave us a exceptional service, thank you Tamara.

We stayed in the Private Villa and our room was very nice, the rest of the hotel was very poor, I have no idea how this can be considered a 5 star hotel. The food in the hotel is very bad, the spa is extremely dated, dirty and has an odor like sulfur. The staff are rude and unaccommodating. We’ve never spent so much money on a hotel, is was supposed to be a treat for our honeymoon and we were both extremely disappointed.

Staff were welcoming and the hotel itself looks great. Rooms were average with a lot of bugs, be sure to wear deet as I don't usually get bitten but here I got it bad on the first day. Pools were cold and unusable. Staff at the restaurant took very long to take our order, even after requesting so a few times. Breakfast was nice. Quite and peaceful stay.
