I wouldn't recommend! Not a nice hotel. It's dirty, they tax you fee without warning you Food : (⚠️ drinks are not included in the demi-pension and it's really expensive 1200 pesos a bottle a cheap beer, 350 pesos a little bottle of water). The buffet have some choices but kind of low quality and it wasn't restock for a long time. Also the waiting time between the starter, main dish and dessert is long. It's a bit desorganized. Moreover, cutlery and glasses were dirty or even used. Desayuno is disgusting. Staff : Very very rude and disrespectful. Room : First word that come to my mind is dirt. There were hair and dirt mark in the bathroom 🤢. The bathroom is really small. Commun area : Not clean either. Some of the lights are disfuncional. Elevator : A bit scary because you can get stuck in it. Swimming pool : Little and dirty. Wifi : Not working.

Very bad hotel. Although it is cheap, the hotel was very very dirty, staff was super unfriendly. Please review your elevator maintenance policies!!!!! People were getting stuck inside the elevator!!! Staying for just 1 night in this hotel was a NIGHTMARE

The location is very convenient close to the bus station and the restaurants. The internet is good , good buffet breakfast. The room has air conditioning and private bathroom. Not very clean and and pretty noisy - especially when they are having a party at the pool that lasts till midnight. It is certainly livable but I think it's worth a bit less than what they charge.

EVEN THOUGH the breakfast was variate and tasteful, the room didn't have a mini fridge, the shower glass was broken and a curtain hanged as improvisation held the water inside the shower space, our booking reservation was ignored (asked for two single bed and got a couple's bed) AND BREAKFAST AND PARKING LOT WERE CHARGED SEPARATELY DESPITE BEING DESCRIBED AS INCLUDED! On top of it, we had to take two elevators to reach our room. Honestly, a horrible hotel.

Horrible experience, bad service (sheet were dirty when we arrived), bad food, no wifi. The only star is for the pool and because google won’t let me give 0.

Arrived late at night. No light in the bathroom. Hubby took the light from the dresser mirror. Toilet didn't flush well. The bidet was so close to the wall you had to sit on it backwards. Cold shower . Breakfast was poor. Lots of sugary cakes, Plastic ham & cheese, some fresh fruit but mostly tinned and they cut the bananas in half so the ends were going brown. The whole place needs refurbishing. It's not just tired, it's absolutely exhausted. Wouldn't recommend at all. The star is for the staff, who were all very pleasant. This hotel came as a package with our flight from Buenos Aries. My fault, I should have checked the reviews before booking.

It's hard to call the hotel to coordinate, but when we arrive the receptionist is very active, you have to pay the tasa 100 pesos per person, and the room has old and bad air conditioning and bathroom air system. Sometimes u can't find anyone in reception. The big bed is actually combined by 2 small beds, it's not confortable for a couple. I didn't try the food yet, but yes totally only can be 3 stars even they have poor

Good value, good breakfast included, and good location for the bus to Iguazu Falls park and to the brazian border. The Internet was good and the pool is decent and opens till the evening time after you return from the park. Towels are provided too. Good value restaurant just outside too and shops and atm Close by.

I went there to see Cataratas Argentinas and its in the city center of Iguazu. Location is good. It's on the border with Brazil and Paraguay . Hotel Libertador is cheaper than the others, but low standards. The bed linens were not clean, with dirty marks. I requested to replace, but received pretty similar ones. Swimming pool ok. Food choice was very limited and poor. If I could return time I would change hotel Libertador for any 4 star hotels. Their service more dicent. Will not return to Libertador.

The rooms are great for the price is a great hotel and room. The service was on spot. And the location is ideal really close to the terminal and restaurants.

Rude staff. Unhelpful and uninterested in doing their job. The ones that did a good job were overworked but friendly. There were two of them in the entire hotel.
