Food service was subpar. After ordering drinks by the pool it took 20 minutes just to get the drinks (only 2 drinks) and the guys were just standing there at the bar. Room service complained that we didn’t just go downstairs instead of having the food brought to us. The hotel rooms shouldn’t have QR codes to scan for room service if they’re just going to complain that you ordered room service. Now that the bad is out of the way, most of the staff was cheerful and kind, the decor/outdoor garden looked very nice.

This hotel was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but I don’t think that’s true . They told me they were too busy to bring me breakfast for room service. Food menu is very limited, and they don’t even have most of the food available. Lunch took 25 min to get our drinks and another 30 min to get our food . The room service dinner was cold and they charged me for drinks that they forgot to bring. Pool closes too early and besides the restaurant , the rest of the amenities are closed. Rooms are ok .

The breakfast was not very good. Super dry bread, bad coffee and almost no options for vegetarians and vegans, fx no plant milk. The pool was bad too - the water was dirty and warmer than the weather so useless for cooling down. This is supposedly a 4 star hotel, but that rating must have been given last century... Staff was friendly though

Stayed here for a few nights. Hotel was pretty good. Things to improve: - Some decor quite outdated - Power oulets please - Swimming pool hours should be longer being most tourist are out till late afternoon and there are just few hours left.

Nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds and enough space. But the river view is more like a small spot of the river which you can see. The kitchen is only ok because the chef doesn’t really uses any spices or herbs. And the reception does speak English but is not friendly at all. The breakfast is a shame for a „4 star“ hotel (as they call it). Yes the breakfast is a typical Argentinean breakfast but I expected more than media lunes for breakfast in such a hotel.

While the hotel staff are friendly & helpful, best to avoid the restaurant. The food is average, very expensive, service non-existent, and the staff bordering on rude- our waiter even demanded a tip! Also being more than 1km out of town & not stocking Quilmes does not help its cause!

Wonderful hotel! Although it is true that the building is old, the interior is well renovated. Although it is far from the city centre, it is close to the Hito Tres Fronteras so I have to say the location is good.

This was clearly built as a luxury resort. Location can't be beat, the 3-country overlook is a 5 minute walk away. And the management were very helpful. Would stay again, great value.

Room were large but tired. The whole hotel needs major TLC and the staff need to learn customer service.

The Hotel is dated and unfortunately not everything works to expectations but its a great place to stay a little bit out of town but close to some great restaurants and the tri-boarders of Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina

The hotel is worn down and is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms and shared facilities need renovation or replacement because they are broken. Breakfast and lunch is of low quality and the bread is dry. The service is and the personal are friendly and therefore I give them 1 star.

This is a modest hotel in a nice quiet location close to a few restaurants and the tri-country park and marker where Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina meet. It is a scenic view of the meeting of the Iguazu and Parana rivers and there is shopping and food services here. It is about 500 Meters from the Races Esturion. The breakfast is a bit weak and the overall food services are just adequate. The pool is nice and there is adjacent clay tennis courts.

Do not stay here! This hotel does not deserve 3 stars let alone 4. The hotel is old and tired, hardly any water comes out of the taps, street noise is horrendous (woken up at 3 am by noise through the old I’ll fitting windows). Breakfast is poor, day old buns, dry cakes and the only hot options are toast and scrambled eggs. Take your business to another establishment.

One could tell this place is not catering to guests when they insist on making you wait even if just 10 mins before check in time. The rooms are not updated and maintenance below average to speak nothing of fixtures. Appropriate plugs may not be available in the rooms. Location and pool area is fine.

This place seems like it was really nice a long time ago. The staff was absolutely lovely, the best part about our stay. But the facility itself was a little busted. Our key kept getting demagnetized (even though we kept it far from our phones) and the rugs in the hallway were stained. Pool was great, the space could just use a little sprucing up. The location was great though, lots of places in walking distance to eat

Rooms are very comfortable, and people are okay, they could be more receptive and helpful about this tourist attraction. Cleanliness is exceptional, as well as its location! Four stars is not up to date. Hotel ls alright, although infrastructure is old, swimming pool area is not as pleasant as modern hotels.

Beautiful hotel that it's getting old with lack of maintenance. It was a 4 stars hotel, I would say now its a 3 stars hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the front desk service is great. Now, internet works pretty bad, the food is not recommendable, and overall there is a lack of upkeep and maintenance. Outdated systems, AC (had to change room due to that), and service by the pool was also lacking. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. I would recommend it for it's close walk to the 3 frontier point, and relative close to the little down town.
