Not far from the more famous Iguazu's falls this waterfall is itself a wonder. A very powerful jump of water that you can nearly touch. It is just one of the hidden gems of Paraguay that are little known to the majority of travelers. You have to pay a cheap ticket to park you car and get into the park but it is really worth it

The waterfalls are beautiful. However, it’s a shame how they disrespectfully destroyed this pearl of nature with random concrete structures. But the guests don’t seem to mind. The entrance fee is $10 for foreigners.

Beautiful falls, worth checking out, restaurant there is cute with decent food. The elevator is a great idea, but for folks wanting to use the stairs, beware that you can't return on the stairs, you need to use the elevator, which we found out after we trumped up all the stairs and have to return to the bottom. The door to get to the landing was bolted shut. The walk down to see the falls is pretty and quite doable for families. A small guest shop is there to spend some coin. Definitely worth going to and getting some great pictures of an often overlooked spectacular falls.

A beautiful and lesser traveled set of waterfalls to visit on the Paraguay side. Took a ferry over from Argentina in our guide's vehicle, which I definitely encourage. Makes border crossing very smooth. Worth the day trip, and with all the new construction and upgrades going on locally, it will soon be its own destination. I feel like opening my own little restaurant there!

I loved this waterfall and park! It was absolutely beautiful and nice to be there without a huge crowd. The park is pretty small, but it’s full of beautiful plants and of course the waterfall.

It was an amazing experience. The cabins that we stayed in were beautiful and comfortable, the zip lining was fun, and the view of the hikes was amazing. We also did some archery, and we would have done some rappel but we were there during winter and so we couldn't do it. Would definitely recommend, especially for tourists.

I recommend the visit and take the ticket with the panoramic waterfall view. It’s worth but it’s all. Use repellent, sunscreen and light clothes. You can get pretty close to water and will get wet after it. There’s a coffee shop inside.

there isn’t a very big touristic infrastructure and it was a bit expensive but it’s worth it! you can buy some food and beverages at a small cafe with great views (photos with the flower heart).

The Monday Falls just south east of Ciudad del Este were amazing; if we had not known about Iguazu Falls we would have been very content with our visit! A wonderful experience without the crowd. Make sure to take the elevator down to the bottom; it’s well worth the small fee. For the most part this attraction is left so much in the natural setting; even the trail is mostly just a foot path.

Pretty and largely untouristed waterfalls near CDE (and with better views of the falls here than at the nearby adventure park) but it's probably the most expensive tourist activity in Paraguay with the cost for foreigners 115,000 and little to do beyond walking to and looking at the falls, which even if you putter won't take more than an hour. Would only recommend visiting if you're planning to spend time in CDE rather than making it a reason to visit.

It's worth the trip over if you are in Iguaz[ç]u. Small park and a good-sized waterfall that very few people come to. I had the bottom all to myself. Tasty and inexpensive empanadas at the top of the sketchy elevator. If you're thinking of going, do it.

Wonderful! I would like to stay more on this beautiful waterfall, and hope that local restaurant will be more attractive and comfortable

Beautiful waterfall, and not on the main tourist track. Nice restaurant as well.

Nice waterfall, BUT: way too expensive! Paid 84.000 GS / US$ 12 per Person just for entry, the elevator would have been another 30.000 GS. And there is no other way to the bottom level of the falls, you’d have to take the elevator. Our camper is too high for the gate at the parking- fortunately, otherwise we would have paid for that, too. Just parked a bit up the street. Overall not worth the money.

(Translated by Google) Monday Jump Park. I went on a transfer tour from Ciudad Del Este to Parque Salto Monday. I wanted to know a little more than shopping in Paraguay. The place is of beautiful nature, easy access, beautiful waterfall. A tip: If you want to see the Falls, go to Iguazu Falls, either on the Brazilian or Argentinian side, because the Salto Monday falls are much, much lower, ok, although beautiful. Entry is low cost, the equivalent of about 30 to 35 reais, but you pay in Paraguayan (Guarani) money. If the visitor pays in Reais, he will lose money with the conversion they make, which is very advantageous for Paraguayans but very bad for those who are paying with Reais. The zip line is common, nothing special, and if you pay in real care with the conversion. I paid 5 dollars. In real they asked me 50 reais!!! Paying 5 dollars, at the time (Apr2022) it came out for 25 reais, much cheaper than giving 50 reais. It has a simple cafeteria. It has a simple playground. Anyway, if you want to suppress this tour, it won't make much difference. (Original) Parque Salto Monday. Em real me pediram 50 reais !!! Pagando 5 dólares, na época (Abr2022) saiu por 25 reais, bem mais em conta que dar 50reais. Tem lanchonete simples. Tem playground simples. Enfim, se quiser suprimir esse passeio, não fará muita diferença.

(Translated by Google) Wonderful and recommended place! The only thing that should change to attract more people is the price, the entrance for those from Mercosur is 25,000 guaraníes per person, foreigners 10 dollars, but…..to go down to the viewpoint you have to pay 30,000 guaraníes again, I find that exaggerated. Otherwise highly recommended and very nice (Original) Lugar maravilloso y recomendable !

Such a beautiful place, you can enjoy a meal or a drink near the waterfall and can go down with a elevator...The food is good..

It's a great place to visit and to enjoy a day walk in the pure splendor of nature contemplating this magnificent waterfall. While this 40 meter high waterfall is not like the Iguaçu Falls on the Brazilian and the Argentinian sides, it is nevertheless dramatic. The falls do not take credit cards, but they do take Brazil currency if you do not have local currency

The Waterfall is very beautiful. The park is small, but worth a visit. It costs $8 (dollars) for foreigns and $6 for Mercosul people and it is untill 17h open. :)

Great park with amazing panoramic views of the Monday Falls. This park is a little bit further from the falls than the state park with the elevator, but the views from here give you a different sense of the landscape and the falls. One should visit both parks to get a better sense of the falls.

I finally got a chance to visit this small waterfall.. Which in reality was pretty big and powerful. If you are in the neighborhood stop by.

This sucks.. 16 dollars for the entrance ticket is crazy expensive. It's not worth at all. The trail is very short and it takes only like 10 minutes to see all. They make you pay another entrance fee for the certain viewpoint, which is just absurd. Some trails were blocked, which we were not informed of in advance. I would not recommend this waterfall for those who already visited Iguazu waterfall.

👍 Ideal to spend the afternoon, quiet place and good shade. Admission is free but they suggest a voluntary contribution, you can also see the improvements that have been made to the place but some details are missing in the bathrooms. Another fact: In summer time they open until 6:00 p.m.
