Loved the place and the food. Friendly stuff, very cozy atmosphere, clean restrooms, nice music and the food is absolutely delicious and nicely arranged! They have quite a variety and the menu is in Spanish (of course) and English. Also we had the best Caipirinhas ever (even though we don't drink them often). Would have loved to have some desserts since they sounded delicious too, but the servings are big enough to make us full already. Absolutely recommend!

Unfortunately had a bad experience with lunch with the food and service. We ordered the corn and cheese pie for entree- didn't show up but was on the bill. Ordered steak meal and was given another person's choice which wasn't what I ordered- menu being in spanish and not being helped by any staff although I questioned it several times. Waiter was rude and unfriendly, can't get the basics right and high prices- for poor quality service.

Sebastian was amazing. All his recommendations were fantastic and our dinner was truly wonderful. I would suggest this to anyone travelling in the area and if possible I will stop here again before we leave. The best experience and dinner to date.

My husband actually moaned when he tasted his bife de chorizo, it was that good. My risotta was good, not great, but overall it was a 4+ star meal with 5 star service.

We wanted to eat at a North American dinner time 5-6 pm; most restaurants are closed in Argentina at that hour. Most close after lunch service and reopen around 8pm. ( Everyone is having a nap, so civilized, I just love it! ). The portions were tasty and huge ! We ordered the local river fish surubu served with plantain or cassava chips. We had a meat dish, bife de lomo ( beef tenderloin ) with a generous helping of fabulous monster cassava chips! All of the following came together: food, space, service, design, lighting. But It was very noisy because of the tall ceilings. The decor was a cross between cowboy lounge and Tiki bar. I definitely recommend this place. Each dish was about 4000 pesos which is about $9-$10 USD at current blue rate exchange rates MAY 2023.

The best restaurant in town. We were there for 3 nights and ate there 2 nights of it. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. On the first night we got there 20 minutes before closing time; they did not rush us to order, and gave us full service and attention. Their chimichurri is so amazing that we bought 2 bottles to bring back with us.

This restaurant was highly recommended by several people. Glad that we made a reservation since it was busy. The ambiance was wonderful. Our server was very nice and attentive. The wine that our server recommended was reasonably priced and delicious. We enjoyed our dinners.

I had a lovely dinner. Ambiance is romantic and peaceful. Very nice seating outdoors. I enjoyed the prawns, although more like shrimp, but tasty with the paprika and patatoes. I also loved the beef carpaccio with cheese and arugula. The meat melted in my mouth. Definitely recommend the carpaccio with Foccacia herb bread. Their house Malbec was wonderful!

Incredible food!!! Very high level! I ate the risotto (10/10)! Enormous wine chart with very good wines as well! A pleasure being here! We’ll definitely be back if we come back! :-)

Came to the restaurant as everyone around town told us that it was the best place to eat. This restaurant has been in the business for a long time and now I know why…. It’s delicious! We had 2 appetizers and 3 main courses along with a white wine. The service was really good. The food was beyond excellent. And you can pay either with card, pesos argentinos, reales, euros o dólares. They show you in the bill the final amount in each currency. First time that I see this. The Langostinos Pil Pil, is definitely an appetizer that I would recommend to get. The sauce of that dish should be a soup!! Will come back the next time we visit Iguazu. - 1 recommendation: make reservation with time. One day in advance if possible because there’s always a waiting line outside the restaurant. And also, bring off or repellent with you!

The ambience and service here is amazing. The filet minion came out sizzling on a cast iron plate and was phenomenal — so tender and flavorful. The starter bread was light and fluffy. The potato gratin was really good! We liked the meat empanadas too. The only thing that was a miss was the pesto gnocchi. The gnocchi was on the mushy side and the pesto lacked flavor. Otherwise, I recommend La Rueda!

First of all, reservations encouraged! Really good Argentinian food in an authentic vibe. Surprisingly good and homemade pasta!

Great food ! The environment is awesome, the place is pretty and the crew has great service. It has become so popular that the waiting line is long, but they do have a bar with AC to wait in comfort. I enjoyed myself a lot, remember it is gonna be s little on the expensive side because it is in s tourism town. So compared to buenos aires it is expensive but compared to other restaurants in the town it is average price.

Amazing food and atmosphere. We've sat outside during a very hot evening. We didn't really want to go with the stake this time, and they have good choice of others' meats and fish.

Well. hmmm. Started with the local fish crocante appetizer. Wow, the combo was fantastic with capers on top. This was followed by some fantastic Dorado with vegetables. My companion had* to try the bone in tomahawk steak. 1.5 kilos of pure Pampa steak. Has the wine reduction with pine mushrooms and parmsean sqash. The best Cataracta inspired dessert. Big tip come early or get a reservation. We were there as the opened and only 3 tables were available. I'm stuffed and happy. I'm a foodie and was impressed by the chefs choices. Under 100$ US for all.

great restaurant in iguazu w/ very nice ambience. i made a reservation via wechat and glad i did as there was already a small line at 7pm. you get a bread basket to start. we tried the la rueda salad which had sautéed shrimp and carrots topping and it was soooo good! we shared a perfect medium rare, aberdeen angus t-bone steak w/ a side of rice and mushrooms. highly recommend this place

Loooved the atmosphere and decor of this place. I had the Langostino risotto that I saw someone recommend and I wasn't disappointed! My friend had a Surubi fish with Lima sauce which was equally really good and we shared prawns as a starter which were slightly too lemony for my liking but otherwise tasted delicious! Definitely would recommend.

Excellent food and service. Really like the atmosphere and decoration as well. We ordered one kg Tbone for two people and mixed salad with a bottle of malbec. Finishing was with a small dessert was definitely recommended 👌

Nice experience. Restaurant has a nice atmosphere, service was good and food was delicious. For a change from the typical asado try their local river fish. I had the grilled surubi and vegetables and it was delicious and generous portion. It is a flaky white fish and had a hint of lime. Good wine selection.

Absolutely a wonderful dining experience at La Rueda. I ordered a fish from the local river cum prawns (can’t rmb the name of the fish) and it s sooooo good! Great ambience and outstanding service. Thank you La Rueda for making my evening such an awesome one :)

The ambient is really nice, there is an outdoor terrace which is great. The service is awesome as well. The food is very good.. First day we ate pasta which was super tasty and maracuya mousse for the dessert. Second day I ordered risotto with mushrooms and vegetables which was too salty and didn’t have much taste. Pacú tropical (fish from the river) was pretty good! I recommend this restaurant!

Nice location, atmosphere and service was good. However, the food was underwhelming and bland. No one finished their food.

Really busy place, hard to go in without the reservation, but you can wait a bit in the bar. Our dinner was delicious, good service and nice atmosphere.

Very good food. One of the best restaurants in the area. You pay accordingly but worth it. Making a reservation is recommended.

😠 !!! Total scam! We had a dinner, the menu says 65 reals + coke 7 reals so it was in total 73 reals. When exchanged, this normally costs around 2000 pesos. They exchanged this in their own way to 4000+ pesos. I showed them the international exchange rate and they kept screwing around. Eventually afte...

👍👍 📝 We had a great dinner coupled with very attentive and professional service from Cristian. The restaurant offers various dishes: from salads to pastas and the usual Argentine meat. However, we were told that it's particularly good for fish: this proved in fact to be true. 🍴 Based on what we hear...
