If you value your vacation time, find a different hotel. Very unfriendly staff, guests that come with issues or requests get treated very rudely. The hotel is far from the state advertised on the pictures, badly maintained. Everything has to be paid with cash and as you can read also from other comments they get very unfriendly if you were not prepared for that. This is an experience that I would like to skip.

I had higher expectations. Staff were not overly friendly. The garden is very beautiful with a pool. No furniture in the lobby to sit on. It’s almost like they don’t want you there. The room was clean. No fridge. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Our room was street level so it was noisy including the staff motorcycles at night. The parking is right in front of the room. Do do stay in Room 1.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. They indeed only accept cash, but for me this was excellent as they convert the price from dollars to pesos at the official rate. The room was cleaned and restocked every day, which was great. I loved the pool and the lounge chairs. My aircon worked really well. The service at reception was always friendly. It is also very well located. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are good but not great. Our first room had a water leak. The second no power point for the bedside lamp. Internet service and available hot water seemed linked. If you had one then you had the other. Great breakfast and staff. Enjoyed the pool too

Hotel was clean and tidy, rooms not very bright. Lots of small flies at the sink and room slightly damp (may have been the aircon?) 1 very attentive and good humoured staff member the rest average. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was delicious but bar had very limited opening hours. Excellent taxi service called for us to go to the falls (both Brazil and Argentina). Would only accept dollars for room but card acceptable for dinner in restaurant.

The staff is friendly, for the most part. My wife and I had an overall pleasant experience, but noticed several instances with other customers where the service lacked severely. It’s a relatively high price point and we’ve stayed at many hostels in South America with better service. As an example, a fellow hotel guest asked for a glass of wine 15 min prior to the restaurant opening and was refused, even though the doors were open and staff were present. If it were a restaurant guest we get it, but for someone staying at the hotel this is unacceptable. I would stay here again though out of sheer need. The rooms are clean, although some dark with no light access.

People how work there are very very helpful,polite and friendly. But Even if the windows were closed the room was full of mosquitos and during the night we had a meeting with a "cucaracha".... quite big. Clean sheets and bathroom though.

This hotel is owned by the same family as Guest House Puerto Iguazu. We had a booking at the latter, but it appears to have closed down without ANY communication to cancel our reservation. After trying to contact the owner for two hours in the heat, we booked La Sorgente instead. We then found out it is owned by the same people so tried to speak to them to resolve the situation. We approached the front desk about this several times but they kept lying and saying they would get the owner for us, or that they couldn't contact them - changing the story each time. This is after them lying and saying they didn't even know the Guest House existed, even though they later confirmed the owner was the same! So we ended up paying more for a hotel owned by the same people who messed us around, and no one would even speak to us. The staff lied constantly, the owner hid from us and there has still been no resolution. Even though the hotel itself is 'fine', I would never stay at such a cheating, untrustworthy place again.

Location is a little bit isolated from traffic, which we liked. The room was spacious and comfortable. Next to the hotel there is a good Italian restaurant.

Really old hotel but the price was cheap. Minimal essentials were provided - no mini fridge and wifi is rather slow.

The place is falling apart. Extremely old.old small tv.waffi very slow.towell are so old .I do not recommend to ask for taxi service at the front desk.they will give you an extremely spencive price more than doble.just walking distance your find taxi stations for less more
