This is not a 3 star hotel not even 2 or 1 this more closely resembles a poorly maintained motel 6. The rooms were dirty, bedsheets stained, towels were old and full of holes, restroom was dirty when we arrived, bed was uncomfortable, avoid room 301 next to the street and the dogs will keep you up all night. Breakfast was half decent not great, and pool was okay, but realistically I would not book again. It is a budget friendly option, and maybe that should have given away how poor the experience would be but trusted google/booking descriptions and ratings. Staff when actually present at the front desk were helpful. Far from the downtown though not terrible 15 minute walk, 2 decent restaurants 5 minute walk, and down the block there is a bus stop that takes you to the waterfalls on the argentina side, and to the bus terminal to get a different bus to the brazil side if you wanted to try the countries public transportation.

Very new looking hotel, the staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was a decent size and quiet. The pool area is very nice but no possibility to buy any drinks/refreshments...at all. So bring your own if you wish to lay beside the pool and have a drink. Breakfast is pretty basic but ok. It's about a 15 min walk to the river viewing area and probably 15-20 min walk to where the restuarant area is.

The staff members are polite, friendly, and helpful. They were always available for any concern, and they tried to help us looking solutions for anything that came up. Miguel and Clara are the best. The rooms and the hotel are very clean, the location is 4 blocks away from the city center, and you have a public bus to reach Cataratas park half block away. They have an amazing pool, always available and also you can enjoy a grill and a kitchen near the pool for free. The WiFi was ok all around the hotel. Breakfast is diverse and changes almost every day. They accept credit cards.

During our visit to Paraguay in November of 2017 we stayed at this hotel. We were a group of six and had three very comfortable rooms; they were clean and spacious! The location is excellent being a few blocks from the Three Country lookout where you are standing in Argentina and can see Paraguay to the left across the Paraná River and Brazil to the right across the Iguazu River.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for one or two nights in Puerto Iguazu to visit the falls.

Nice place with nice service, I thought it was a bit too far from restaurants or the "city centre", but still walking distance.

Definitely not a three star hotel. More like a budget hotel. After checking in the toilet said “disinfected” and interestingly enough there was pee inside. The next day my bag and laptop on the night stand were full of ants. The following day we had to kill a cockroach and the ants were still there and room service forgot to leave towels. Which by the way are very old. The breakfast was subpar at best. Only giving it two stars because they stored our luggage when we checked out and the AC worked.

Place is in disrepair and clearly the owner has not put any money into years. Stained doors, warped and moldy wood, broken plastic on the shower walls, chipped toilet seats, etc. In addition they have a list of 20+ rules you have to sign and have them posted in every room, have never seen anything like it. Breakfast is that of a hostel and not what it displayed on their website. Stayed at Hotel Carima on the Brazil side for the same price and had a true 5 star experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else! Take a look at the photos to see what I mean.... Also they go and I spect the room manually before they will let you check out, very odd. The only upside is the people who work there are friendly but that's not enough to make up for how neglected the property itself is.

This was an okay hotel. Nothing fancy. It was clean. Somehow we haven’t located our bag of adapters since arriving there, we had it but leaving there we do not. The room was hot every time you came back to the room because the card to your room provides the electricity. The room faced west so it was very warm, especially in the afternoon. We asked for a little later check out since our flight was later. The answer was NO. We did finally get them to do a luggage hold for us, which was helpful. Breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy. It was adequate over all.
