I liked it, the price/quality ratio is good. It has a swimming pool, restaurant and very good service from the staff. The hotel is 30 blocks from the Tres Fronteras Landmark, 15 blocks from the Iguazú port duty free. The standard room is spacious, comfortable, with a king bed, refrigerator, air conditioning, television and private bathroom. I recommend it and I will choose it again.

The place is very nice, something that doesn't seem like it at first glance. But once inside everything changes, the staff is super attentive and makes you feel very good. Breakfast is great!!!!! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and very bright. Quiet at night and close to the center. All the services pass at the door of the hotel to go wherever you want. The big pool!!! The price-service ratio is more than good Highly recommended. We are more than happy and grateful to spend these beautiful days at the hotel.

The elevator seemed like it would fall at any moment. (the last review was from April of this year) and 1 of the 2 there was worked. Cockroaches in the bathroom The toilet was missing the flush cover. The jacuzzi did not work. Every day the same breakfast when the photos showed something else. I can highlight the friendliness of the staff, very cordial at all times. Wifi kept cutting out. There were no ashtrays outside so there were lines of cigarettes everywhere.

They gave us a room with very hard mattresses and a flooded bathroom. The elevators didn't work. The photos do not match the rooms, which are much more precarious. The breakfast was very basic and not as rich as it looks in the photos. The WiFi does not even exist (prepare to load credit) it was a matter of carrying the suitcase up and down stairs. The torn sheets. I only highlight the cordiality of the staff. They have the same price (even more expensive) than other 5-star hotels in the area (which we found after paying for the entire stay, unfortunately).

At this moment, surely because of Covip, he saw many people before the pandemic passes.

Simply terrible, very old hotel, elevator is an imminent risk, old air conditioning, impossible to sleep with the noise, I was in a room and the air was damaged, it was difficult to change rooms, which also had a very weak air conditioning, located in front of a very busy avenue, a lot of noise. The staff are friendly and somewhat helpful, but the structure of the hotel is poor and the breakfast is very poor. Horrible WiFi

It's nice, cozy but if you go with a coordinator and have to make arrangements early don't bother ordering or waiting for breakfast, it's our 2nd day and we never have breakfast, not even at 7:10 in the morning! Apart from that, the pool is big and nice, eating is from 8pm onwards and sometimes there are very nice shows. Big beds and very clean and nice bathrooms.

It is very expensive for what they offer, little lighting in the rooms, the food has no taste at all, the bills have no taste and are hard, the elevators have no maintenance visit. There is no wifi in the rooms, cockroaches in the bathroom and in the Hall. The star is for the kindness and good attention of the employees. The rest remains much to be desired

Unfortunately the hotel is abandoned. One more victim of the quarantine.

My experience in general was good in terms of price-quality ratio but I expected more according to what the hotel offered online. The positive: Surrounded by a green garden and a very good location with beautiful views of the surrounding environment, the staff has a very warm and cordial treatment, the breakfast is good but not dazzling, the dinner offered by the hotel is very good. The bad thing: when I contacted them, they offered 2 options without telling me what the difference was between one and the other, which may be the origin of my disagreements. It is a hotel that clearly is no longer in its splendor and has not been able to renew itself, it has a lack of maintenance and renovation in its entire building infrastructure, the parquet floor is raised, the 2-seater bed is 2 1-seater bed bases that are They mark and it is very uncomfortable, the blankets and pillows were stained.

I went with the retirees, everything was very good, it was only average, the food was for vegetarians. I would return.

The staff is excellent but the hotel is falling apart, zero maintenance. The bathrooms are flooded, the air is broken, the pool is tiled and in one day more than 5 people were cut. The owners should really invest a little more. Cleaning, food and very good service.

Good afternoon, I wanted to contact the hotel to go this year as I have been doing for three years, and I couldn't, they told me that the telephone number does not correspond to a subscriber in service. I would like to know how I can reserve. The hotel is very nice and its people serve excellently, they are very friendly and always well prepared. Greetings. I await a response from Ms. Basi.
