To dirty, to expensive dirty bedsheets ( receptionist told us „no no no is not dirty“), dirty bathroom, furniture is broken and old, kitchen was not clean, the pool was full of insects every day (never cleaned in 3 days) Wifi isn’t working in the rooms, MAYBE outside, if you have luck Breakfast was OK Location is perfect

This was a real disappointment. Rooms look nothing like the photos and there is mould and rust throughout. Pool was filthy, bars on the windows, breakfast was bad and the WiFi is basically unusable. TV was missing in the lounge and furniture needs replacing. Clearly not had a peso spent on it since it was built a few years ago and it shows.

Internet didn't work properly and they charged my credit card twice and took more that a month to get a refund. they can only speak Spanish so very hard to communicate when you only speak English

A great hotel with a really nice and friendly staff who helps you plan your visits to the waterfalls on both sides and give you a lot of other suggestions. The pool is small as in the pictures but still refreshing after a long day and the lounge around it is beautifully done. Also the breakfasts were great! Thank you!:)

Room was clean and quiet and water was hot. Hotel was located a little farther from the center than we had thought, but was a still walkable. The staff was friendly but gave information about the Iguazú Falls that was confusing and inaccurate. Perhaps some training for the staff on this could have greatly improved our experience.

Staff was helpful but they are not being helped by the owners. The place is dirty, the fridge was broken, the vanity in the bathroom is fiberboard and has swelled and cracked from water, shades on Windows are moldy and the Wi-Fi does not work.

I thought Costa Iguazu was great. All self contained apartments is great so you can save a bit on food - although there are some great restaurants in Iguazu. Its a bit of a walk into the main part of town; maybe a good 5 minutes. Howerver its is at the beginning of the bus route that goes to the park so your guaranteed to get a seat on the bus. Its also quite close to the edge of Argentina where you can see Brazil and Paraguay which is worth seeing. The staff didn't speak English (which is quite common in Argentina) but they were very good and making sure with our limited Spanish that we understood everything that wee needed.

Price quality ok. Our room on first floor was smelling awful. Breakfast poor, 10 minutes walk to city center; 20 to the terminal. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.
