My
boyfriend
and
I
decided
to
book
a
package
to
see
the
Brazilian
side
of
the
waterfalls
with
Loumar
Turismo.
We
were
super
excited
for
this
trip
but
-
to
our
surprise
-
our
experience
turned
out
to
be
a
complete
NIGHTMARE.
Not
only
we
were
advertised
that
the
tour
we
had
purchased
was
"flexible",
meaning
that
we
could
choose
the
order
of
things
and
spend
as
much
time
as
we
want
in
each
activity,
but
I
was
also
accused
by
both
the
seller
(Juliana)
and
the
tour
guide
(Eseias
-
I
don't
remember
his
name
exactly)
that
I
had
misunderstood
them.
Long
story
short,
my
bf
and
I
barely
had
time
to
do
stuff
throughout
our
trip
to
the
waterfalls,
and
we
ended
up
not
eating
lunch
at
Porto
Canoas
(included
in
the
travel
package
price)
due
to
lack
of
time.
Suddenly,
a
trip
that
could
be
arranged
any
way
I
wanted
had
a
schedule
to
follow,
and
we
only
had
one
hour
to
enjoy
the
waterfalls.
In
addition
to
that,
the
tour
guide
that
claimed
to
speak
English....
decided
not
speak
in
English
even
though
he
knew
that
there
were
foreigners
in
his
van.
The
next
day,
I
went
back
to
talk
to
the
woman
who
sold
us
the
travel
package
to
see
the
Brazilian
side
of
the
waterfalls.
As
mentioned
to
her
on
the
phone,
I
was
seeking
her
to
claim
my
money
back
from
the
lunch
-
since
we
did
not
have.
She
then
randomly
said
she
would
not
be
able
to
give
back
the
whole
money
from
the
lunch.
She
kept
repeating
"the
only
thing
I
can
do
is
give
80%
of
the
value
back
to
you".
Only
after
half
a
day
and
after
I
told
them
I
would
go
to
court,
she
contacted
her
"supervisors"
and
send
back
the
entire
money
for
the
lunch
we
hadn't
consumed.
In
a
nutshell,
I
advise
you
to
STAY
AWAY
from
Loumar
Turismo:
-
They
rush
you
throughout
the
entire
experience
-
They
provide
you
misleading
information
about
the
experience
itself
(e.g.
flexibility,
activity
time
and
food/beverage
prices
inside
the
park)
-
They
do
not
value
customer
experience
and
blame
their
clients
for
their
own
mess
-
They
don't
guarantee
picking
you
up
after
each
activity
was
completed
(e.g.
we
were
told
by
the
tour
guide
that
if
the
van
was
full,
people
would
have
to
take
the
normal
park
bus)
-
Their
tour
guides
speak
English
and
Spanish,
BUT
actively
decide
NOT
TO
SPEAK
IN
ENGLISH,
for
whatever
reason
