    What a great atmosphere! Andrew is very knowledgeable and is a joy to be around. The gym has the latest equipment to reach your fitness goals. The comic book decor and overall vibe is icing on the cake. If you're looking to get in shape with quality gear in a sick nerd cave look no further.

    Andrew is very approachable, engaging and someone you feel comfortable with right away. He has a thorough knowledge of his skills and is quickly able to adapt workouts to various physical hurdles that I have thrown his way :) after a few years of injury this has been a blessing to feel stronger and know that I could push myself further in trustworthy hands. He has very effective methods of training that are safe and feel achievable and I saw results very quickly. His gym is fun, comfortable, clean and up-to-date. The super-kitties Natasha and Luke make time out of their superhero capers to grace us with the warmest welcomes! Look forward to each session and have so much fun while getting stronger - perfect mix and would recommend Andrew to anyone!

    Andrew is very friendly and have a well equipped gym. I went there to try it out for the first time and felt better than I ever felt in the last couple of months. He listens to your needs and adjust the training to make it fun and enjoyable. He has a beautiful cat named Natasha that contributes to the training by putting a smile on your face every time she is around. Thank you so much Andrew, definitely one of the best in town!

    Andrew is great. I have back issues and he makes sure to put me through a hard workout that does not strain my back. He's friendly and welcoming and all the Marvell gear is a fun touch. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

    Super stoked to be working out with Andrew. I’ve been checking out other trainers and hadn’t found the right fit. We get straight to work each day while also going over my goals. Currently looking for consistency and preparing my body for the future (life after 40). I had tried everything else and nothing stuck. However, even on the hardest days I am grateful to get to work with Andrew. Worth the investment for sure!

    They have built an amazing culture that sets it apart from most if not all gyms you will find. The coaches are knowledgeable, inspiring, motivating and funny. The programming is well thought out and easily scaled up or down with provided options.

    I am so impressed with the level of commitment and the breadth of knowledge that Andrew brings to his profession. He is obviously passionate about helping clients build strength and fitness in the safest possible way. Andrew was able to assess my needs and craft a program ideally suited to my ability from the very first session and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough!     Andrew is easy to work with and very engaging. His workouts are very effective - I feel pretty wiped out after each session. I've also noticed over the last few months that I've gotten significantly stronger in functional tasks like carrying or lifting heavy things. Andrew's kitties are a nice bonus and I enjoy petting them :)

    Hi, Andrew rates 5 stars for me. I’m seventy-five years and he has taken in my requests - He started with a low-stress approach because I had not exercised, other than dog-walking, for four years. He’s only gradually increased the intensity of the exercises, as I desired. He’s very knowledgable about the body and will provide useful suggestions about diet. He’ll not advise you in an area in which he’s not knowledgable and will not let me overdo an exercise, with breaks when necessary. And his gym is well-equipped. For my situation, an elderly man who’s not had any devoted exercise for four years, he’s provided the right guidance.

    Like many of you reading these reviews I was searching for a way to begin getting active after years of sedentary life. I was concerned about doing group classes for lack of attention to my weaknesses and the potential for injury. Andrew’s personal training turned out the best way possible for me to return to a fitness journey. I decided to commit a period of three months to Andrew and I have now continued far past that. He gives me a workout targeted to strengthen the full body including areas I was concerned about like my core and strengthening muscles to prevent back injury. I’ve learned a ton from him and the back pain I used to have as well as the tough knots between my shoulders are no longer there. Having not done personal training previously, I’m a big believer in it now. Andrew watches me vigilantly and knows exactly when I’ve reached the edge of my potential. It is honestly a nice mental break after a long work day to have him tell you exactly what to do — and even count repetitions when I lose track!Along the way he offers a wealth of knowledge and support. I love that I can bring my wife to join me on occasion to help her in her own fitness journey. She is also a big fan of Andrew! Recently I took a group class just for fun and I was pleasantly surprised by how well I was able to keep up with the workout. I credit Eppinger Fitness for helping me successfully start and sustain a fitness journey.

    Andrew is great. No matter how long it's been since you exercised regularly, he will create a workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles working.
