Several mistakes in our order. Terrible service. Management (Daniel) denied all responsibility instead choosing to blame my wife for them messing up an online order. He also brought up the fact that she was foreign as if that somehow affected his ability to complete an order properly.

The employees are always so friendly and it's very clean in the dining area and the restrooms.

Great service. My kid got a free milk after she finished first one before meal which made our day. They could tell mom of three feel overwhelmed so they didn't even let me pull out my wallet. Very ni e gesture.

The teller lady is a such a nice person but the lady at the second window is disrespectful and unprofessional!

I only give one star because I can’t leave 0 stars. They lied to me so I had to buy more sauce! And the guy was super rude about it too … it’s not like I’m asking for a free drink or a meal! Just sauce with my food I ordered

Paid extra for whip cream and caramel drizzzle, so that was disappointing, they gave me the coffee unmixed at the drive thru which got everywhere on my car when I mixed it, like the least you could do is mix it at least a little!

The food was hot and fresh, including the fries! The service was multi-lingual and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. The mens room was, too, and that alone says a lot about a place. The only thing I didn't like was that it felt like eating in a prison. Very sparse and institutional. This particular McDonald's used to have one of the most homey, welcoming dining rooms, but I hadn't been there in years.

i tried calling and i ordered 6 big macs, then tried to create the christmas spirit and they put the phone down. even tho nobody was on the phone it didnt hang up so i sat there waiting for my order for an HOUR. 0/5 stars if i could, terrible customer service😡😡🤬

It was fast, staff was friendly, f9od was fresh and the order was correct. Dining room was very clean as well as the restrooms. They nailed all the points on this visit.

Worst customer service ever. Needed to buy 5 gift cards and make a big order and had to wait ten minutes at the register and I asked if anyone was gonna help me and they looked at me and continued working. They past by me, gave food to other customers and still did not help me. It’s not the first time they treat people with ignorance and take forever to take people order

They don’t pay attention to orders I asked for no pickles and extra lettuce and I didn’t even get what I ordered. Fries or not fresh even tho I asked for it, sincerely do not know what they are doing there fi they don’t want to work
