Honestly the two stars are because this place is a hit or miss depending on when I go. Sometimes it’s wonderful and the pizza is beautifully cooked. This particular time I ordered delivery, the pizza is so soggy there’s so much grease on it. After I used three sheets of paper towels I’m now waiting for it to come out of the oven to see if it dries out a little. I think more consistency is what’s really driving this review. When it’s good it’s good, but the bad has been outweighing the good.

I order an Italian sub with just lettuce and the woman making it put everything on it. Also she was in sweat pants with her fat rolls hanging out. I have owned my own restaurant as ND know this is unsanitary!

Since moving from Boston, my family and I have been on the quest for the best DELIVERY pepperoni and cheese pizza, and Bill's has delivered. We have consistently ordered pizza almost every Friday for the last year, and really love their pepperoni pizza. I have never dined in, but have ordered various other items like pasta or meatballs. I was impressed with their pasta which the kids loved. Highly recommend for delivery.

Amazing. Don't get pizza or subs anywhere else. Best prices. Best food. Best service. As a thank you to Bills I try to pay with cash as often as possible. The credit card charges are high so they lose money. If you go here consider bringing cash.

Went for lunch with fellow soldiers. Service was quick and the food was great. Very highly recommended.

Girl working the front end on 10/28 didn’t pay attention to the doordash tablet which forced me to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to make the order after already driving 20 min to get to the store.

Pizza tastes amazing! It’s nice to find a pizza place that sells slices because I work on the road. And it was only $5.75 for two big slices.

Ordered pizza for my staff and they delivered on time to the store, and were so nice! The pizza was delicious, the staff loved it and will definitely be ordering from Bill’s again!

We ordered 5 pizzas from Bill’s at 4 pm in advance of my daughters birthday party dinner that was to occur by 6:15. The pizzas were VERY late and they were cold. The cheese was solid. We have usually enjoyed their pizza, but they clearly can’t handle bigger orders. Very disappointed.

I ordered a steak bomb there was something gritty like the texture of sand in it . I told the cashier and ordered a slice of pizza instead. The owner overheard the situation and said he would make me another. I ate my pizza which was good then the owner came over said he tried my steak bomb and didn't notice that gritty texture and gave me the new one he made. It's was definitely made better but still same thing chewing sand not fun. People are nice but they cannot cook unfortunately.

Workers 10/10, food 10/10. Got a meatball sub and the presentation was astonishing. They take care of you at Rocco’s. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

The best pizza place in Natick to compete with others here. I think other pizza places around are trying to step it up so they can compete with Bills. Yummy food, fast service, and beer if you dine in👍

Their pizza is good, great tomato sauce! And I didn't know because it's the first time I was there, but they also serve beer.

The food is so good. You must try the CHICKEN GYRO PIZZA 😍 SO GOOD! Chicken chopped The staff are really nice. The setting there is hommie country feeling. They are super clean. I've seen with my own eyes the staff disinfect with bleach and water where customers sit.Stop by Bills you won't be disappointed.

If you live in Natick you most likely already know this is the spot. I've tried other pizza places in the surrounding area but not even close. Bills has slices cheaper and better with a variety everyday. And you don't get that reserved quiet guy that makes you feel afraid to order. Bill and his staff are real friendly. There's even a free rewards system that's easy to sign up for. As for the one star reviews I find it ignorant to have a single bad experience and act like it's the worst place you've ever been. How would you like it if someone crapped all over something you worked hard on because you made a mistake that day. Nothing here tastes anything close to frozen food. Some people just have a one star attitude. But try this place for yourself and see what you think.

Got three items today. Turkey Club was good size and good tasting. The Bangkok wrap was really tasty, clean and crisp. The best was the steak bomb sub but you gotta ask for pickles tomatoes onions and hots ….. brings it to another level. Could have been a little more even on the distro of hot peppers

The pizza is really good! I am not sure if it’s the cheese or sauce that is a little sweet but I’m not mad about it! Very different. Got my delivery in less than 20 minutes! Wish they were open past 8 PM, but one of the best pizzas I’ve had in the area.

Delicious and fresh! A must try. It’s our favorite . Only problem is trying to decide between all the amazing items on the menu .

Diet coke and a salad was $17 lol what a rip off. We also got a pizza which was also crazy overpriced and I think I'd prefer red baron frozen. Honestly I believe this is the worst tasting food in natick.

Pizza is cooked very well and a nice selection of beers on tap. The sauce is a little too sweet for me but otherwise a nice pie.

Food's nice, the atmosphere is cozy too. Giving 4 stars since they offer you pay 20% tip, which I did, but there is actually no service.

Yesterday, I picked up a Buffalo Chicken Pizza for my husband. We placed the order late and I picked it up 15 mins before closing. The pizza was fresh, and the staff were still smiling even after all these late hours! My husband said it’s the best Buffalo Chicken Pizza he’s ever had! Thank you Bill’s Pizzeria !
