I
found
myself
in
the
emergency
room
in
early
April
2020
following
what
I
was
diagnosed
in
this
hospital
as
being
Covid.
If
I
had
been
able
to
choose
the
place
of
care,
I
would
certainly
not
have
chosen
this
Hospital,
following
a
bad
experience
a
few
months
before.
But
hey,
we
are
sectorized,
no
choice
...
By
the
way,
before
expanding
on
the
Simone
Veil
hospital,
I
would
like
to
greatly
thank
the
firefighters
of
Val
d'oise
and
the
SAMU
95
who
were
very
professional
and
empathetic
despite
their
obvious
exhaustion
during
this
period.
On
04/02/20,
my
wife
called
the
samu
following
various
symptoms
that
worsened:
breathing
difficulties,
lung
pain
and
finally
the
impression
of
a
heart
attack
(pulse
at
150,
chest
pain,
tremors,
sweating,
...
).
In
short.
Electrocardiogram
and
blood
gas
by
the
Samu.
No
heart
attack.
Arrived
at
Simone
Veil,
analysis
of
the
graphs
and
conclusion:
"you
have
the
covid".
"Without
test?"
"Yes,
for
sure.
Considering
the
symptoms
You
are
given
a
sheet
explaining
the
barrier
gestures
and
a
prescription
for
2
boxes
of
doliprane
"
"And
that's
all?"
"If
you
have
difficulty
breathing
and
feel
unwell,
especially
call
the
Samu"
"Well
that's
what
I
have
and
here
I
am"
"No,
really,
if
you're
having
trouble
breathing,
call,
it's
serious.
Don't
be
afraid
to
call
911."
"Yes,
that's
what
happens
to
me,
and
I'm
here.
I'm
here,
in
front
of
you
there"
"OK
but
there
is
nothing
we
can
do,
and
we
have
no
treatment"
3
minutes
of
top-stop
auscultation
after
1
hour
of
waiting.
For
nothing.
And
yesterday,
01/09/2021,
I
received
an
invoice
published
on
12/15
to
pay
within
30
days
on
the
internet
...
Well,
I
paid
it
reluctantly.
I
consider
that
we
are
paying
for
a
service.
There
was
no
treatment
and
I
have
to
pay
...
No
one
will
accept
to
pay
for
a
service
not
rendered
in
another
context.
Hospital
to
be
avoided
(and
no
need
to
hide
behind
the
circumstances,
you
have
been
bad
at
everything,
unlike
the
mobile
emergency
services
at
the
top).
I
also
remember
their
inconsistent
protocol:
"Wash
your
hands
with
hydroalcoholic
gel
before
going
home"
"OK"
"NOOOnnnn
do
not
press
the
dispenser
with
your
hand
but
with
your
elbow"
"Uhhhhh
we
are
asked
to
cough
and
sneeze
into
our
elbow
..."
"....."
"....."
"Haaaa.
It's
true
...
but
that's
the
protocol"
Just
one
last
quick
message
to
the
orthopedic
chiropractic
team:
my
wife
who
you
diagnosed
with
a
partial
Achilles
tendon
rupture
actually
had
a
total
rupture.
Fortunately,
we
had
felt
that
we
could
not
trust
you
and
that
we
quickly
turned
to
another
establishment
because
otherwise
we
would
have
been
out
of
time
for
a
non-invasive
surgery,
which
you
did
not
offer.
"We
don't.
We
open!"
from
what
the
surgeon
told
us.
In
summary,
I
hope
that
my
family
or
I
never
have
to
be
taken
care
of
again
for
an
emergency
in
this
hospital.
For
other
things,
not
urgent,
even
serious,
we
will
know
where
to
go:
not
in
this
hospital.
(Original)
Je
me
suis
retrouvé
aux
urgences
début
avril
2020
suite
à
ce
qui
m'a
été
diagnostiqué
dans
cet
hôpital
comme
étant
le
Covid.
Si
j'avais
pu
choisir
le
lieu
de
prise
en
charge,
je
n'aurais
sûrement
pas
sélectionné
cet
Hôpital,
suite
à
une
mauvaise
expérience
quelques
mois
avant.
Mais
bon,
nous
sommes
sectorisés,
pas
le
choix...
Au
passage,
avant
de
développer
au
sujet
de
l'hôpital
Simone
Veil,
je
remercie
grandement
les
pompiers
du
Val
d'oise
et
le
SAMU
95
qui
ont
été
très
professionnels
et
empathiques
malgré
leur
épuisement
flagrant
en
cette
période.
Le
02/04/20,
mon
épouse
a
appelé
le
samu
suite
à
divers
symptômes
qui
se
sont
aggravés:
difficultés
respiratoires,
douleurs
pulmonaires
et
enfin
impression
de
crise
cardiaque
(pouls
à
150,
douleurs
dans
la
poitrine,
tremblements,
sueurs,...).
Bref.
Electrocardiogramme
et
gaz
du
sang
par
le
Samu.
Pas
de
crise
cardiaque.
Arrivé
à
Simone
Veil,
analyse
des
graphs
et
conclusion:
"vous
avez
le
covid".
"Sans
test?"
"Oui,
c'est
sûr.
Vus
les
symptômes
On
vous
donne
une
feuille
expliquant
les
gestes
barrières
et
une
ordonnance
pour
2
boites
de
doliprane"
"Et
c'est
tout?"
"Si
vous
avez
des
difficultés
respiratoires
et
que
vous
vous
sentez
mal,
surtout
appelez
le
Samu"
"Bah
c'est
ce
que
j'ai
et
je
suis
là"
"Non,
vraiment,
si
vous
avez
du
mal
à
respirer,
appelez,
c'est
grave.
Il
ne
faut
pas
avoir
peur
d'appeler
les
urgences"
"Oui,
c'est
ça
qui
m'arrive,
et
je
suis
là.
Je
suis
là,
devant
vous
là"
"OK
mais
on
ne
peut
rien
faire,
et
on
a
pas
de
traitement"
3
minutes
d'auscultation
top
chrono
après
1h
d'attente.
Pour...
rien.
Et
hier,
le
09/01/2021,
je
reçois
une
facture
éditée
au
15/12
à
payer
dans
les
30
jours
sur
internet...
Bon,
je
l'ai
payé
à
contrecœur.
Je
considère
qu'on
paye
pour
une
prestation.
Là
il
n'y
a
pas
eu
de
soin
et
je
dois
payer...
Personne
n'accepterai
de
payer
pour
un
service
non
rendu
dans
un
autre
contexte.
Hôpital
à
éviter
(et
pas
la
peine
de
se
retrancher
derrière
les
circonstances,
vous
avez
été
mauvais
pour
tout,
contrairement
aux
services
mobiles
d'urgence
au
top).
Je
me
rappelle
aussi
de
leur
protocole
incohérent:
"Lavez
vous
les
mains
au
gel
hydroalcoolique
avant
de
rentrer"
"OK"
"NOOOnnnn
n'appuyez
pas
sur
le
distributeur
avec
la
main
mais
avec
le
coude"
"Euhhhhh
on
nous
demande
de
tousser
et
éternuer
dans
notre
coude..."
"....."
"....."
"Haaaa.
C'est
vrai...
mais
c'est
le
protocole"
Juste
un
dernier
petit
message
à
l'équipe
de
chir
orthopédique:
mon
épouse
que
vous
avez
diagnostiquée
pour
une
rupture
partielle
du
tendon
d'Achille
avait
en
fait
une
rupture
totale.
Heureusement
que
nous
avions
senti
qu'on
ne
pouvais
pas
vous
faire
confiance
et
que
nous
nous
sommes
vite
retourné
vers
une
autre
établissement
car
sinon
nous
aurions
été
hors
délai
pour
une
chirurgie
non
invasive,
que
vous
ne
proposiez
pas.
"Nous
on
fait
pas.
On
ouvre!"
d'après
ce
que
nous
a
dit
le
chirurgien.
En
résumé,
j'espère
que
ma
famille
ou
moi
ne
devions
plus
jamais
être
pris
en
charge
pour
une
urgence
dans
cet
hôpital.
Pour
les
autres
choses,
non
urgentes,
même
graves,
nous
saurons
où
aller:
pas
dans
cet
hôpital.
