We had a great Thanksgiving week at Willow Beach. It is very well appointed, stocked and furnished with really nice indoor-outdoor living space. Pool is steps away and nice option for a quick dip. Unfortunately, rather small pool however we knew that before booking. Both king bed bedrooms (2) are spacious & comfortable. Lots of lights and a nice fan/shade system. Took a minute to figure out due to so many buttons. The queen bed bedrooms (2) include two single-bunks above that allowed for just enough beds for our families of 12. FrameTV is a nice touch in living room but a little disappointing that it was the only tv in the house. Speaking of the tv, the internet/wifi & streaming worked really well. Very pleased with the WiFi access & signal strength overall. Wish ESPN or YouTubeTV worked internationally, however that is not Willow Beach’s fault. Moving on to the most important part: the backyard!!! Views of the ocean, coastline, sunsets/sunrises, rainbows, waves, coral, sea grass and wildlife were spectacular. It made up for the single living room space inside. We did unfortunately catch a very windy northeast wind that never let up but that didn’t stop us from swimming, snorkeling, and walking/exploring the beach. Specifically to the beach, it was littered with trash and debris. Certainly due to recent storms I imagine however it was a bit disappointing. The shells and fun things to find were still good amongst the debris. Certainly suggest water shoes for navigating the initial rocky area however that quickly turns into much more comfortable sea grass. It is very shallow which was a nice change from other recent snorkeling. Amazingly, there was really nice coral and fish species right off the shore. Like 20 yards. Additional coral was found however it was much further out closer to the waves breaking, maybe 60-75 yards further. All the shallow water swimming was worth it with lots of sea life to examine up close. Rum Point, Kaibo & dock, East End, were all close by. Very glad we rented a car from Marshall’s which allowed us to drive the 45-60 minutes to Georgetown and seven mile beach areas. We thoroughly enjoyed Cemetery beach and a few seven mile beach restaurants. Grand Cayman Villas and Condos were great to work with and responsive in our limited communications. We borrowed a number of items front the welcome center which was a nice option. Check-in person was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend using this company and their long list of properties. Grand Cayman was a fantastic destination for our family’s Thanksgiving vacation.

We stayed in Rum Point and had the best time!! Only bad thing was the water in the master bathroom did not get very hot, but it was still warm. The customer service from GCV&C was amazing, probably the best I have ever received. Very kind, and even apologized for faulty snorkel equipment. Only only advise is that the company should check on the equipment prior to handing it out, it did not hurt our trip but we did have to stop back at the welcome center to exchange a few sets. We borrower a speaker, cooler, Keurig, and snorkel equipment. Super convenient!!

Outstanding rental! Extraordinarily clean! It was like we were the first renters ever here! High-end appliances, and well appointed amenities! Worth every penny and more!

We loved our visit to beachcomber , they had all the amenities you could want. My favorite is hanging out at the hut and enjoying a swim at sunset. The condo was fully stocked and very comfortable. Can't wait to return!!

The set up of this condo is perfect with the beach access and pool access ideal for families. We have stayed here 3 times and plan on continuing the tradition building memories with our kids. Great staff and perfect spot for a family

We stayed at the Gypsy for a week in July with a large family, including a 5 and 7 year old. The Villas staff were very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The house is everything as advertised and more. Very high end/luxury place. Grounds were well kept. Pool was clean. The best stocked kitchen we have ever seen. House is on the beach with high quality snorkeling right off the beach, suitable for young kids. This part of the island is very quiet. About a five min drive to Rum Point, which has a few restaurants, a small beach and starfish point is nearby. It is about a 45 min drive to airport and 7 mile beach. Small grocery store in about 10 min away (Chisolms), but I recommend doing the bulk of your shopping at Fosters or Hurleys, which is near the airport and less costly. Rental car is highly recommended (we used Hertz, smoothest car rental experience I have ever had, hands down). We did a charter boat tour that included sting ray city (absolute must do) and snorkeling stops, Botanical Gardens, bio bay kayak tour and several self guided snorkeling trips. The Villas group provide snorkels and fins and we also had kayaks delivered to the house for a fee that we used a couple times off the beach at the house. We would not hesitate to stay at the Gypsy or other villa of this groups in the future.

“Reef Romance” is ABSOLUTE perfection! The house is beautiful, immaculate, stocked with plenty of dishes, towels, toiletries, SPACE, furniture, etc for large parties traveling together. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Each room is huge and having private bathrooms is a major plus. It was very easy to check in and out and the free snorkel equipment was so convenient. Perfect location. We had no issues at all. This was our 4th time in the caymans and we will definitely stay here again when we have a large group. Highly recommend! 50,000 stars!

Everything was terrific when booking with Grand Cayman Villas and Condos! The staff was friendly and always responded quickly. The Villa was clean and beautiful and had more than we expected as far as amenities. I would recommend booking with GCVC to all my friends!

A great villa, everything is almost new and spotless, excellent location with calm sea right at villa. We will definitely be returning.

What a fantastic experience with Grand Cayman Villas & Condos. We had the pleasure of staying at 2 of their properties while on island. Rip Kai Villa was absolutely incredible, the pictures do not do that place justice, it is worth every penny as the owner did not spare any expense. We stayed there and had our wedding on the beach which was absolutely perfect. Then my wife and I stayed at White Cottage for our honeymoon. We were so glad we stayed there, it was super private and quiet, the pool was awesome and the beach and dock were awesome. Would definitely stay here again. Huge shout out to Shamar and Erica who were our on island contact, they were absolutely amazing. They made our stay so welcoming, Shamar kept in contact with throughout the entire stay and even checked in to make sure we made it home safe. He is a wealth of knowledge about the island, restaurants, excursions, etc. What a wonderful experience, we will be back!

Excellent service from friendly staff, always addressed any questions or concerns we had, and were overall fantastic!

The Papaya Cottage was the perfect property for our group. The cottage had everything we needed and the property was gorgeous. We were treated like family by Vic and Daniel. They checked on us daily and ensured we never needed a thing and the property was impeccable. They were a highlight of our visit. We are already discussing when we can return.

Our family of 6 just got back from a fantastic vacation staying at SeaDreams #8. The communication from Grand Cayman Villas & Condos from the very start of our booking was fantastic. They were so helpful about the area and things on the island as well as the Condo itself. The option to have certain extras delivered and there upon our arrival was just such a great touch - we used the snorkel gear, bluetooth speaker and cooler every day of our visit! While we were there they made sure check in went smooth and once we were settled, made sure that everything was working properly and that we didn't have any questions. It made it so worry free and I really appreciate the attention to detail Grand Cayman Villas & Condos took. Would book with them again in a heartbeat and will when we return to Grand Cayman!

We stayed at “Sea Dreams” by Grand Cayman Villas and Condos located in Northwest side of Grand Cayman. 4/2023. The accommodations and service was top notch. The rooms and set up was amazingly nice and well done. Top notch appliances and amenities. There were minor issues with it being brand new, but all things were communicated to us prior to our arrival. They were gracious enough to provide snorkel gear and brand new beach chairs and umbrellas to make our stay as comfortable and pleasurable as can be. There was plenty of peace and quiet on-site while on our stay and we look forward to returning.

The Villa that we rented was called "On The Rocks". The picture on the website are good but the property was much better in person and the location was excellent. I was there for 5 nights and we held a small celebration from my mother's 60's birthday on the 2nd night of your stay which was communicated via email to Grand Cayman prior to our arrival. Scott Naurath, Reservation & Sales personnel single handedly ruined our experience with his baseless allegation of excessive people staying at the property and how it was "trashed" and sent me a video showing a few pots in the sink and some minor garbage on the floor as evidence of the place being trashed. The fact was, we treated the place as if it was our own. The AC was broken in two of the rooms which workers attempted to fix on 2 separate occasions but were unsuccessful. No one from Grand Cayman offered any apologies or any compensation for the inconvenience of being without an AC in those rooms. They were more concerned about a list of all the people who attended my mothers celebration which essentially those in the house and few family who rented property close by. Scott needs to get lesson in customer service because it is lacking and as much as I loved the stay at "On The Rocks" I would never book through Grand Cayman as long as they have Scott working there.

Great Escape was lovely- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beds comfy, house user friendly. Pool is just perfection, we barely left it! No wine or champagne glasses in house... but not a huge issue....

We absolutely loved Sea Orchard Retreat! The location was perfect as it was close enough to everything, but just far enough away to feel private. The houses were very nice and had all the extras we needed! We enjoyed the huge pool and hot tub, using our swim shoes and exploring the ocean, taking out the kayaks and paddle boards, and the best part of all was the snorkel gear they provided which we used all week around the island. Perfect set up for a large group of families to enjoy this beautiful island. Vic, the caretaker for the property, was absolutely lovely and answered all of our questions and more. Highly recommend this wonderful property!

Best family vacation (5 grandkids 6 adults) imaginable!! Kai Conut was fabulous! Accommodated us all beautifully. Best part of the villa was the outdoor patio, pool, beach and gazebo. We will return!!

We stayed here with three generations of couples, a young adult, 2 teens, a kid, and a toddler and it was perfect for the whole family. The house is so well thought of. Every couple was able to enjoy the privacy of our own room with en-suite baths. The open space with the kitchen, dining and living room makes it so that everyone can gather, cook, eat and watch little ones at the same time. The kitchen has everything we ever needed. The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool almost every evening ( just before mosquitoes start coming out), the hammock is a relaxing spot in the morning before the mid day heat arrives. We loved the location since starfish point was just right across the street. All the other tours are nearby. We were able to visit cayman caves (15 minute drive), Queen Elizabeth botanic garden (about 30 minute drive), bioluminescent tour thru cayman kayaks (5 minute drive to rum point), sting ray tour with captain Warren (silver thatch watersports) at Kaibo which was a 5 minute walk from the property. Wish Kaibo restaurant was open but unfortunately for us, they close for the month. Either way, we had a great time and Kai-conut will now be part of our best memories for the whole family ❤️

The Turtle Bay Villa was the perfect house for our five-day trip to Cayman. The layout of the house is perfect, view of the water is great with direct access to the beach and the house easily and very comfortable sleeps 8, while leaving enough room to roam for when inviting guests or hosting a dinner. Each party that stayed in the house commented very highly on the comfort of the beds and pillows, and I agree. I’ve never slept on a more comfortable bed while traveling, even at five star resorts/accommodations. The couches are incredibly comfortable as well. The fact that there is a condo complex just a few lots down ensured our friends and family could also join and be in the neighborhood.

The villa was perfect for our family of 3. Well equipped and extremely clean. My husband super appreciated the stainless pans on the kitchen. Very quiet end of the island. The lagoon was calm and we loved the toys, kayaks and equipment. Everything was well maintained and great quality. Thank you!
