I
have
to
say
that
the
staff
is
very
important
there.
The
midwife
manager
Danilie
was
really
very
caring
and
loving,
as
was
Johanna
(like
a
mother).
Agnes
was
super
motivating,
but
I
was
super
disappointed
with
the
midwife
M.S.
She
sat
next
to
us
and
was
completely
disinterested,
said
nothing
and
didn't
motivate
me
or
anything
anything
else!
She
didn't
want
to
offer
me
any
positions
either,
she
just
wanted
me
to
lie
down
all
the
time,
which
just
made
it
harder
for
me.
It
was
lucky
that
Agnes
came
and
things
went
really
well!
Unfortunately,
this
left
me
feeling
very
helpless,
powerless,
desperate
and
simply
left
to
my
own
devices.
I
was
just
super
shocked!
When
I
got
to
the
room,
the
staff
was
also
very
changeable.
The
nurse
Heike
was
absolutely
no
support,
I
could
hardly
walk
8
hours
after
the
birth
(perineal
tear,
hemorrhoids
and
circulatory
problems)
I
had
to
hear
that
I
should
probably
change
my
child
myself!
This
left
me
so
insecure
that
I
didn't
even
ask
for
help.
It's
lucky
that
the
other
sisters
were
completely
the
opposite,
especially
sister
KATRIN!!!
A
real
treasure
for
this
station,
she
gave
me
sooooo
good
advice
and
gave
me
great
support
with
breastfeeding.
A
competent,
sensitive,
very
loving
nurse.
My
little
darling
also
thought
her
tips
and
tricks
were
great!
Also
a
big
compliment
to
Dr
Schulz,
he
did
a
great
job
with
the
epidural,
came
into
the
room
the
day
after
and
was
also
super
caring!!
Due
to
the
negative
experiences,
I
only
stayed
on
the
ward
for
2
days
and
that
because
I
had
to
(my
child
had
to
be
monitored)
Otherwise
I
wouldn't
recommend
it
to
anyone
else;
if
the
other
midwives
had
stayed,
my
birth
would
certainly
have
ended
much
more
positively!
