Auf einen Therapieplatz warte ich nun schon seit über 18 Monaten, auf den Krisenaufenthalt auch schon einige Monate. Es passiert NICHTS! Wirklich nichts. Ich bin kranker als vorher und fühle mich allein gelassen und nicht ernst genommen. Ich wurde außerdem falsch diagnostiziert und retraumatisiert. Hilfe kann man dort nicht erwarten, die psychiatrische Institutsambulanz (PIA) ist die einzige empfehlenswerte Anlaufstelle, meiner Meinung nach. Das Team dort ist super, aber sonst kann man die Klinik echt vergessen. Nie wieder!

Man wird auf sehr zermürbende Art und Weise psychisch auf links gedreht, danach eher verwahrt als behandelt. Entweder man sieht zu, dass man von alleine klarkommt oder man gibt sich mit den Leuten aus dieser Absteige den allerletzen Rest und schlussendlich die Kugel. Danke für 9 Monate verschwendete Lebenszeit zuzüglich Trauma!

Verzweifelt und hilfesuchend habe ich in Heidelberg in der Psychiatrie an der Pforte angerufen um mir Rat einzuholen, wie mein Bruder medizinische Hilfe bekommen kann. Außerdem wollte ich fragen, ob es Ausnahmefälle gibt, wodurch er in Heidelberg und nicht Wiesloch behandelt werden kann - weil die Behandlung dort in traumatischer Erinnerung geblieben ist. Noch bevor ich die Frage stellen konnte bellte der Mann ins Telefon "Ist mir egal, was vor 5 Jahre war !Sie müssen in Wiesloch anrufen! " Und bevor ich antworten konnte legte er auf. Ist das Personal nicht geschult ?! Ich war vor dem Telefonat verzweifelt und hinterher noch mehr. Wenn jemand in einer Psychiatrie arbeitet muss er sich doch der Verantwortung bewusst sein und wissen wie man konstruktiv auf Menschen reagiert, die in einer Krisensituation anrufen ?!

Katastrophale Klinik, für Privatpatienten absolut NICHT empfehlenswert! Frühstück & Abendessen eine Frechheit (jeden Tag den gleichen "Bundeswehrfraß" 😖). Lustlose Assistenzärzte die lediglich ihren Dienst "abreissen", überwiegend seltsame Pfleger und launische Schwestern, Zimmer überwiegend 2-Bett-Zimmer im Stil der 80er Jahre (viel Spaß wenn man einen Schnarcher als Zimmergenossen hat). "Chefarztbehandlung" ist ein feuchter Händedruck für über 300 € einmal in der Woche. Ausstattung an Freizeit-Geräten erinnert an ein Lazarett in Weißrussland. Wochenlang war der Aufzug kaputt und man musste quasi sein essen durchs Treppenhaus selber hochtragen. Der gute Ruf der Uniklinik HD trifft hier nicht mal ansatzweise zu. Und der Oberhammer ist das man in mancher sogenannten "Luxus-Privatklinik" am Ende für eine längere Behandlungszeit 5.000 € weniger auf der Rechnung stehen hat als im Heidelberger Schuppen. Wer es sich raussuchen kann/möchte, sollte wo anders sein Behandlungsglück suchen.
