We just went to this hotel on our recent tour, This hotel is a mess. They con people while checkout that the carpet near the bathing area is wet. WTH !! So while leaving they want to charge you 150 Euros and Threaten us by saying they'll call the Police. Bad Breakfast, All the groups went there were complaining. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Waste service... Breakfast is avg... rooms with windows r broken r also there.... which is dangerous... u hav provided with kitchen but they wont work nd there trick to earn money was awesome by saying wet carpet at bathrooms nd they can't give room to anyone fr 3 days nd blaw blaw... Blaw.... Nd threatens u by saying to call cops nd wifi connection is horrible😡 totally money waste nd un satisfied customer service..

We stayed for a week during a family visit and had a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious and clean (perfect for a family with kids), and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The breakfast room was the nicest I’ve experienced in Germany. However the best part was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They assisted us with terrific restaurant recommendations, and asked if we wanted another coffee before they closed the machine. Their concern and assistance was genuine and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again, no doubt!

Comfortable beds. No air conditioning but a fan was provided. Amazingly deep bath tub. Breakfast and serving area were lovely. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The breakfast was not so bad bot ok. The room is silent you cat hear your neighbors snoring or talking.

Wi-Fi wasn't very good and there's no air conditioning. The staff wasn't very inviting or accommodating to our group. The beds were comfortable and the large windows opened wide. The pizza restaurant was really good and friendly staff.

We stayed here in the summer. The website says they have AC but they do not. The location was alright. I enjoyed the little bar in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and spacious.

It is a decent room. Most importantly it is clean!

The staff is nice and helpful. Room are average, no iron available, bed are not the best one. The bathroom is great

Good breakfast, not so good amenities. ( they dont have iron benches) Really slow entrance service. I waited twice more then 10 minutes on the entrance to ask simple questions.
