Diese
Praxis
ist
mittlerweile
eine
Zumutung.
Seit
über
10
Jahren
gehen
wir
dort
hin,
eigentlich
zur
um
alle
4
Wochen
ein
Rezept
abzuholen.
Natürlich
wird,
wie
verlangt,
ein
Tag
vorher
das
Rezept
telefonisch
bestellt.
Wie
oft
kam
es
vor,
dass
ich
am
Tresen
stand
und
KEIN
Rezept
ausgestellt
wurde.
Von
der
immer
schwierigeren
telefonischen
Erreichbarkeit
mal
ganz
zu
schweigen.
Man
spricht
auf
die
Mailbox,
schreibt
sogar
eine
E-Mail
und
wenn
man
am
nächsten
Tag
dann
zufällig
doch
jemand
telefonisch
erwischt,
weiß
die
Praxis
weder
von
einer
Nachricht
auf
Mailbox,
noch
von
einer
E-Mail.
Neuester
Fall:
Ich
bestelle
ein
Rezept
(per
Mailbox
UND
E-Mail)
und
bekomme
dann
nach
unzähligen
telefonischen
Versuchen
letztendlich
mitgeteilt,
dass
ich
kein
Rezept
bekomme,
der
Sohn
müsse
erst
vorstellig
werden.
Und
das
2
Tage
bevor
wir
in
Urlaub
gehen.
Hätte
man
nicht
bei
der
letzten
Rezeptabholung
sagen
können,
dass
beim
nächsten
Mal
ein
Termin
vereinbart
werden
muss??
Natürlich
hätte
ich
das
getan,
so
gewissenhaft,
wie
ich
bin
(ohne
angeben
zu
wollen).
Dies
ist
an
Dreistigkeit
mittlerweile
nicht
mehr
zu
überbieten!!
Mein
Gefühl:
In
dieser
Praxis
weiß
die
rechte
Hand
nicht,
was
die
linke
tut.
Wir
werden
auf
jeden
Fall
die
Praxis
nicht
wieder
betreten
und
suchen
uns
lieber
außerhalb
eine
bessere.
Wenn
ich
die
Möglichkeit
hätte,
keinen
Stern
zu
vergeben,
ich
wäre
die
erste.
Schade
um
den
einen
verschwendeten
Stern.

This
practice
is
now
an
impertinence.
We've
been
going
there
for
over
10
years,
actually
to
pick
up
a
prescription
every
4
weeks.
Of
course,
as
requested,
the
prescription
is
ordered
by
phone
the
day
before.
How
often
has
it
happened
that
I
stood
at
the
counter
and
NO
prescription
was
issued.
Not
to
mention
the
increasingly
difficult
accessibility
by
telephone.
You
speak
to
the
mailbox,
even
write
an
e-mail,
and
if
you
happen
to
catch
someone
on
the
phone
the
next
day,
the
practice
knows
neither
of
a
message
on
the
mailbox
nor
of
an
e-mail.
Latest
case:
I
order
a
prescription
(via
mailbox
AND
e-mail)
and
then,
after
countless
telephone
attempts,
I
finally
get
the
message
that
I
don't
get
a
prescription,
the
son
has
to
come
first.
And
that
2
days
before
we
go
on
vacation.
Couldn't
you
have
said
the
last
time
you
picked
up
your
prescription
that
you
need
to
make
an
appointment
next
time??
Of
course
I
would
have,
conscientious
as
I
am
(without
wanting
to
brag).
This
can
no
longer
be
surpassed
in
terms
of
audacity!!
My
feeling:
In
this
practice,
the
right
hand
doesn't
know
what
the
left
hand
is
doing.
We
will
definitely
not
enter
the
practice
again
and
would
rather
look
for
a
better
one
outside.
If
I
had
the
opportunity
to
give
no
stars,
I
would
be
the
first.
Shame
about
the
one
wasted
star.
