Unfortunately,
after
waiting
in
the
extreme
line
yet
no
rudeness
or
complaints
from
this
end,
the
girl
at
the
window
didn't
appear
to
care
how
she
represented
Sonic.
She
showed
EXTREMELY
poor
customer
service
(no
smile,
greeting,
kindness,
eye
contact,
or
follow
through,
and
rude
behavior)!
I
asked
for
a
receipt
and
extra
napkins
yet
she
forgot
when
handing
my
change,
so
I
asked
a
2nd
time
and
she
said
okay.
Then
I
received
the
remainder
of
my
order,
but
she
forgot
both
again,
so
I
asked
again
(#3),
and
I
got
the
receipt.
I
then
had
to
ask
for
part
of
my
order
which
was
forgotten,
and
the
napkins
again,
and
when
she
came
back
with
the
order...still
no
napkins.
I
tried
to
ask
again,
but
she
was
quick
to
be
done
with
me
and
the
window
closed.
I
waited
thinking
she
might
have
been
grabbing
them
real
quick,
but
no,
she
pulled
her
cell
phone
out
as
I
stared
while
she
continued
to
text
on
it(didn't
look
up
for
even
a
second).
I
was
floored
and
it
just
wasn't
worth
even
mentioning
again.
She
clearly
was
more
concerned
about
whatever
was
on
the
other
end
of
the
phone
than
to
perform
her
job,
or
even
pretend
to
care
that
we
are
helping
pay
her
wages
by
supporting
sonic.
This
generation
needs
to
get
a
clue
into
common
courtesy
and
job
performance!
I
hope
she
simply
had
a
really
bad
night,
and
maybe
she
gives
decent
service
when
she's
in
a
better
mood?!?
Worst
service!
