Really nice ambience and super awesome staff. The taste of the ice cream was good but not the best. It melted right away as it was served which was odd but the overall experience was good.

Olde Timey Homemade ice cream/ Fountain Shoppe. Worth eating in for the historical experience. Staff knowledgeable about old recipes. Right on the east sidewalk of Old Downtown Papillon. Parallel parking with some on the side. Worth the walk.

Note: This is my updated review on Graley's Creamery, and my second visit here. I thought of coming back to this place to give it another go because of a bad experience I had at Tropical. I wanted to try out some genuine premium ice cream to end the month on a good note, and I had remembered Graley's selling some pretty decent ice cream. So, I came over here after about a year and I came out feeling absolutely impressed. While my last review touched on how expensive the ice cream was and the coffee being average (which I gave three stars as a result), this time around I would like to give Graley's the five stars it deserves. I didn't try out their coffee, but I did get a $9 ice cream order with one scoop made of a cheesecake flavor, another scoop with a Mexican corn-styled flavor, put into a waffle cone and covered in raspberry syrup. It tasted lovely with a perfect balance between sweetness, strength of flavor, and the spiciness that hits at the back of your throat. The lady at the counter helped me out a lot with trying out the flavors first and giving me suggestions for what could work. Now, since it is premium ice cream at a novelty shop, so it will still be on the expensive side, but at the same time, you're still going to get fresh, high-quality stuff. I look forward to coming back again soon.

I used to take guitar lessons here when it was D Rocks Music so the building is nostalgic to me. I really love what they did to the place and preserved the look and feel of it. It's a bit odd not seeing guitars, amps, and keyboards hanging from the walls any more and windows replace the spot where they used to hang. It gives a nice view of the street as you're enjoying a treat. The staff are really charming and even dressed in the style of the era. I went with a friend and I was surprised at how busy it was. Good for them! Everything is very clean and pleasant. It's like a little time capsule. I had the Titan with blue cherries it was really tasty. I can't wait to go back and try the sherbet and other flavors! I like that they have an old piano in there, I wonder if anyone ever plays it.

What a fantastic ice cream shop! Phenomenal flavors and an amazing old time, laid back atmosphere! They have a large assortment of flavors from conventional vanillas and chocolates to lavender honey (absolutely incredible) to black cow (you're just going to have to go and try it) and more! They will occasionally have hand pies, which is you know, YOU KNOW! We haven't tried the phosphates yet but will on a future visit, I grew up drinking egg cremes (childhood favorite) and am long overdue to have one again.

Great ice cream! Very enjoyed! And to update the recent 1 star reviews, all employees in the restaurant had masks on and they sanitized every table as soon as someone got up from them. I felt like they were taking all necessary COVID precautions.

I've never had a banana split as good as the one I had at this place! The ice cream was creamy and flavorful, and the toppings were great. I'll definitely be back for more!

Delightful 'olde time' ice cream parlour. The ice cream was fresh and not overly sweet. The staff was friendly and very quick. The place was clean despite being quite busy for a Sunday night. Will certainly make the trek down here again

Easy parking, CLEAN seating outside, nice selection of flavors, decent price. The servers were taking great care of customers amid the rush. The flavor of the blue moon ice cream was much more saturated than that of Coneflower (full disclosz, comparing 2 different flavors). Even the waffle cone itself was flavorful. Will be back. 🤍🤍🤍

If you're craving good ice cream and in the area, it's a great place. Not so amazing or such a value that I would go out of my way. Tried the coffee, it had a rich coffee flavor and was very smooth. The honey comb was very nice and mixed with different flavors and textures. The shop is in an old building, it would be a fun place for a first date. Just had a bit better ice cream and a bit cheaper price point, even with inflation. 4 stars.

Wonderful ice cream. And excellent service. Stopped in on a Sunday. Not too busy. Many flavors to choose from. Space has antiquey feel to it, which I found quaint. Everything was very clean. Workers were dressed in vintage attire, which added to the ambience of the place.

I have almost nothing bad to say about this place. Their ice cream is amazing, the family friendly environment is great, the kids working the counter are always super nice. This is a great mom and pop shop feel and great vibes. I absolutely love their sorbets but my favorite ice cream has been the Straws and Stripes (vanilla with strawberries and blueberries) Sometimes I wish they could keep some of the flavors on longer, but it does make it a little more exciting finding out what new flavors they have in store. A MUST try in Papillion!

Cute local ice cream shop in “downtown Papillion” that we frequent occasionally. Friendly service and we appreciate their military discount. Their ice cream is good, but the price is steep for what you get. One small (and they’re not lying when they say SMALL) scoop is $4. Best part—the smell when you walk through the door. Heaven!

As soon as you open the door, you're hit in the face with the most delightful scent and kind, welcoming staff. I'm def going back. Yummy ice cream!

Nice place with nostalgia. The building has history. It use to be a store way back in the day. It was super busy when we went because it was the Papillion Downtown Lighting Event. The ice cream was good. They have a few other things too. I think they have the old sodas there as well not for sure. They have a variety of toppings to choose from as well as a variety of ice cream flavors. They have cups, cones and good old wafer cones. It's worth checking out if not just to see the old pictures they have hanging up.

Pricey ice cream, but all homemade and VERY GOOD! I had 2 scoops (kid size) for $4.57. Half cinnamon and half pistachio crunch. My friend had a 3 scoop banana split with Dark chocolate, cinnamon and another flavor with hot fudge, marshmallow and caramel sauces, whipped cream & cherries.

Quality ice cream in the Papillion area. Great business story as well. The service is superb and consistent.

  • 5/5 Adam C. 11 months ago on Google
Very awesome experience for us. The ice cream was so creamy and cold. The flavors were plentiful, and the service was amazing. They should think about putting up a few menus on the outside window, as we held up the line looking through our choices.

YUM! This place is better than Ted and Wally’s, there I said it, because it’s true! The quality of the ice cream is out of this world. They have amazing customer service. The decor is great and the store including the bathrooms are very clean and well kept. I’ve known Warren Buffett to frequent Ted and Wally’s often. Warren, get over here and try this amazing ice cream- it’s amazing and you’re missing out!

Really nice interior and vibe, and the ice cream isn't lacking either! I had the lemon blue, which was lemon ice cream with blueberries mixed in. It was an excellent blend of tartness and freshness, and the waffle cone it came in was fantastic!

  • 3/5 James P. 7 months ago on Google
Customer service was great, and had a good atmosphere. My only critique is the ice cream itself. It's a good quality for the most-part, however it's a little pricey for what you get. The prices are comparable to cold stone, but without any toppings. We went here to try something different, and I'm not knocking the quality, but the price isn't worth it, in my opinion. My wife and daughter weren't overly impressed either.

Great old-fashioned malt and ice cream shop. the service is excellent at the counsir and everyone seems to be attentive to your needs. last time there. I got a large vanilla malt, with several optional request. Which were fulfilled. highly recommend? If you're in the neighborhood, you're stopping and give him a try, if not, you're missing a treat!

This is our favorite ice cream spot! When we moved to Omaha it was the first place we tried, and it’s the only one that we go back to! Anytime we have visitors it’s a must for them. I highly recommend the peanut butter and jelly ice cream if they have it on the menu when you go! We also love their cookies and cream and dark chocolate flavors. You can’t go wrong, but you must get a waffle cone!

Graley's is amazing. The whole feel of it is amazing as well as the area. I love the theme, and music. And it's a great place to hang out with friends or to go on a date. I love the handmade sodas and their ice cream has such wonderful flavors. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. This is a 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Spent the evening with my family at Graley's and we all totally enjoyed it. Maybe it was the look of where the old time soda shop meets the modern ice creamery. Maybe it was the fact that Graley's great tasting, unique flavored ice creams, which are so smooth and creamy, are made right there in house! Whatever it was that attracted me to this place, I would definitely be back. And I would most certainly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxed setting to enjoy some delicious frozen (and some not frozen) treats! I totally support Veteran Owned establishments.

Highly recommend the ice cream flight! Cute interior. Friendly staff. Good prices. Great old fashion soda and even better ice cream! If you're around I cannot recommend them enough! Try the key lime pie ice cream, it's my favorite. If you can't decide then just get a flight and try them all!

The Owner's are very friendly, and if you are looking for the real thing this is the place! They wake their own waffle cones, ice cream, and even some of the soda syrups! The brownies are from an actual bakery too, not out of a box. New favorite ice cream stop! They even did justice to the old building they set up shop in. Thank you for your hard work to make your business a place people want to come back to.

Fantastic ice cream . A gem in the middle of old town Papillion. A charming place for a creamy ice cream treat. A locally owned family business stop in and enjoy their delicious treats. They even make their own waffle cones.
