It left me questioning its high rank. The cramped seating arrangement made it uncomfortable, with tables placed too close to each other. Despite a visually appealing design with mirrors and vibrant colors, this was the only positive aspect. The food was a major letdown. A peculiar yellow element in every dish, which certainly wasn't saffron, left me puzzled. The overall quality resembled reheated microwave meals, lacking the freshness expected in Persian cuisine. To make matters worse, the waitstaff was far from friendly, contributing to one of the worst experiences I've had in Persian restaurants. It fell short of expectations, and I struggle to understand its high ranking in light of such disappointments.

I came for dinner at this restaurant and was really happy by the service, food and experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and also made a few recommendations when someone didn't know what to get. The rice was very nice and the lamb, chicken kababs were delicious. We were also offered a 'Greet from the Kitchen's for us to wait for our dinner. All was great, a bit more on the expensive side but again you don't have too many Iranian places around in Frankfurt. I’ll definitely be coming back!

FINALLY a Persian restaurant where you actually get pure Persian food! :) I’d never felt like I was at home more than this! It was like I was having dinner in Tehran! The food was AMAZING, tasted exactly like how my mom would cook it. We ordered many dishes, and all of them tasted better than the other. Will definitely visit again.

Das Essen dort war echt lecker. Insbesondere die Vorspeisenplatte kann ich sehr empfehlen. Das Restaurant war an diesem Tag sehr gut besucht und darunter hat der Service sehr gelitten. Ich hoffe, dass ist sonst anders. Mein erstes Getränk kam erst nachdem ich noch 3 mal erinnert habe und dann auch noch warm (Kaltgetränk) Eine zurückgelegte Speisekarte wurde einfach still und heimlich wieder entfernt, ebenso wie mein Besteck und Serviette, obwohl unser Nachtisch noch hat nicht da war! Zusammenfassend: Gutes Essen und nicht überzeugender Service.

Absolutely amazing. I got here by coincidence and would be happy to come back any time. The food was super flavorful and delicious. We got complementary soup, tea and dessert, all of them delicious! The service is super kind, you feel like you are being served at a locals house with joy.

Best Persian restaurant in Germany; this is exactly how it should be. Roozbeh was our server and he was really friendly and kind. I’ve been in many Persian restaurants in Germany; this is really on the top of my list every time I am visiting Frankfurt.

Very good food and friendly service. Quite a pleasant atmosphere. One star off as the waiters bring food and call a number rather than state the name of the dish (its rather a German desease than this restaurant but still), the soup was brought cold and I had to sent it back for reheating. Payment by credit card above 45 Euro is a no-go in 2024!

Nice people, amazing food. The falafels were one of the best I've ever had, the peppermint salad was delicious and the saffron rice is definitely worth a try. We ordered some takeout and the food was packed securely. We also got served some hot tea while we were waiting for the food to be ready. It's pricey, but worth it.

Amazing food! Portions are large. Good quality ingredients for authentic Persian food. Location is great, outdoor is very cozy with all flowers and colorful tablecloths, however, we felt indoor decoration is a bit too busy. Staff are so friendly, we had a great experience with a gentleman there who sent us away with lots Persian goodies, warm welcome. Highly recommend it if you are in Frankfurt.

Wir waren das erste mal zu Besuch und die bisherigen Sterne sind wirklich verdient. Am Anfang war es noch überschaubar gefüllt, danach voll - und das für einen Wochentag. Die Servicemitarbeiter und die Küche hatten aber alles im Griff, wir wurden dort wirklich sehr verwöhnt. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend, vielen Dank. Wir empfehlen zu reservieren, es wäre sonst ja schade, nicht reinzukommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Fantastic food and very nice and polite staff. They could improve their business by adding Persian names of Persian foods in Farsi and not only in latin. I ordered Shishlik and Koubideh. Both fantastically cooked and served. They even serve you Ash Reshte as the premeal and tea with Halva. It was a nice Iranian style of gastronomy. One other thing that could be omproved is the bread they serve. Hard to find a good Iranian backer in Frankfurt, but serving that non-backed non-fresh bread was the only negative point. Also, some peopld like me don't like salad beside their rice dish. Better not to mix these two.

A wonderful restaurant with, quick service, tasty food, and friendly staff We had the lamb, and the chicken. Both were wonderfully cooked and tasted like authentic Persian. It's a bit expensive that what I would usually spend on dinner but it was totally worth it.

We finally got a opportunity to try this amazing Persian restaurant because after seeing google reviews we always wondered what’s so special about this place. I think the fact that they have so many options to choose from the menu itself is so impressive. Although vegetarians have a bit of limited options. We tried varieties of things such as Chicken, Lamb, Aubergine and also their summer drink called ‘Dough’. Everything tasted really good and nothing to complain about. The ambiance is nice and we were surprised to see the amount of crowd on a Wednesday evening. It was completely full which is why please visit this place only after doing reservations. We were made to sit by the curb side and the staffs were really friendly as well. Even though the service is really slow, I think it’s worth the wait in the end. For the quantity of food that we get, this place ain’t that pricey. There’s surely a next time for me.

Ziemlich Detail verliebt hergerichtet war die Innenausstattung. Das Personal nett und freundlich. Wir waren zur Mittagszeit dort und es war angenehm ruhig. Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Alles war sehr schmackhaft. Die Portionen sind sehr sättigend. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat, dass die Tische sehr aneinander standen. Normalerweise bin ich unkompliziert. Jedoch beim an- und ausziehen, war es einfach zu eng.

Foodwise this rest is on point. Even with a late arrival they were able to serve good food, though a bit on the salty side. The quality seemed good. The desert however was very sweet and didn't seem to be the original safran ice. The service was good though only the lady at the table she was extremely polite and helpfull with questions. The other waiters seemed to be less kind and more in a rush. The ambiance is amazing. The decorations are really on point and well maintained. 👌 price is on the higher end. After giving a call they mentioned that they offer Halal.

A really good restaurant for Persian cuisine. Very good ambiance and friendly staff. Was my 1st time trying Persia cuisine and really liked it. I was with friends on a weekday for lunch so reservation was not necessary. If you plan to go on a weekend I would suggest you to reserve your table. They provide a soup and some flat bread and some cheese n veggies before the food is served and a mint tea with a halva(a sweet) after the meal and the best part is it’s complimentary.

It is the perfect place for Persian food enthusiasts and food lovers in general. The portions are generous and there is most of the time free soup or Ash which is a traditional Persian soup. Lovely and polite staff, specially the manger is very kind and hospitable. We’ve been here quite a few times and definitely will do it again! Keep up the good work and quality :)

Good, lots, and solid food. It takes a while until the food arrives but this is offset by smaller courses provided by the restaurant at no extra cost. I recommend not to order extra courses as the meals are huge. My opinion, it is unlikely that you leave this place with hunger.

Good service and friendly staffs, they proactively recommend dishes and I find it very helpful. They have daily 3-course lunch deals during weekdays, especially for Vegetarians. I am not big fan for the dessert as it is too sweet for me but the soup and main courses are very very delicious.

We had an amazing oriental dining experience at Kish! The atmosphere in this restaurant is just fantastic, starting with the incredible interior design and all the small details of decoration, up to the outstanding service from all staff of this restaurant. It really feels like a home environment at this restaurant. The food is incredible. It was so aromatic, my taste buds were simply amazed! Those Persian dishes were packed full with flavor! Highly recommended is also the pomegrenade sauce. Full of flavors. As for drinks - try out their special Persian drink, listed on #1 on their menu. This drink includes grated cucumbers! This sounds quite weird but I was astonished by the refreshing taste of the small pieces of cucumber! Overall, a full 5 out if 5 stars for Kish! 🙆🏻‍♂️

Number one Persian Restaurant in Frankfurt. Gives a very authentic feel. The food is delicious. Was at dinner with a team of 10 and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The staff were very friendly and professional. They spoke both german and English. Offered us candles for a birthday cake. Was there on Saturday and the place was full. Will recommend booking beforehand to get a table. Close to the U-Bahn Station Bockenheimerwarte. The entry is through the side door not the door directly on the Main Street. The ambiance is amazing gives you a feeling of being in the country from where the food came from

It was one of the best Persian restaurants that we had tried so far in Europe. The interior design and atmosphere was so nice and remind us of our art and history. The food seems fresh and delicious and the price was affordable for the portion and quality pf the food. We really enjoyed our time there and we love to go there again. @the_Pegish

Let me tell you about one of the BEST experiences I have had. First, there marvelous vegetarian options. Second, the drinks are refreshing, floral, and fantastic. Third, the staff are well-informed and inviting and the outdoor ambiance is UNMATCHED. This is my first time having Persian food but it will not be my last! Absolutely delicious!

We had the pleasure of dining at Kish restaurant on a cold day. From the moment you enter the restaurant you realise you’re not in an ordinary restaurant. The atmosphere reminded us of fine restaurants in Iran. And this was not the only special thing about the restaurant. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special. They offered us Ash reshte (Nudel soup) and Alooche on the house. And the food we ordered ( Koobideh and Soltani) was delicious, juicy and original, and was presented artfully. 💚😍

The attitude of the staff is very friendly and the kebabs were very tasty. But the negative points are long waiting time, uncooked rice and a little high price.

I ordered number 47 on the menu, and I enjoyed all of the kebabs. The chicken was juicy and the lamb ribs were so soft. The soup for appetiser was also really good.

Kish was good and also not that good. The food was excellent. No complaints here. This place is always crowded so the service is slow. Though they try but still it is slow. You will not get a seat without appointment here. There are lot Vegetarian options too. Non veg was also great. The interiors was the highlight. So much decor u will keep looking at it. It seems to be a small place from outside but there are plenty of seats and also bunker style seats. If u are looking for a Persian style food then yes u can go here.

I have been to many Persian restaurants around the world, but I have never seen anything like it. The crazy decor, highly efficient and friendly service with waiters dressed elegantly and neatly that beats any top restaurants in Paris or New York. Food comes in large high quality portions with kebabs cooked to perfection, nicely charred from outside and juicy from inside. The only negative thing is the curry sauce that comes with it, doesn’t belong to Persian cuisine, but it seems that the neighboring tables liked it. I will visit the place anytime that I am in Frankfurt. Definitely a gem In crowded culinary Frankfurt scene.
