I had a great experience at the Frankfurt Peloton store. Specifically, I wanted to thank and call attention to the wonderful customer service provided by one of their representatives, Rafael. I am new to Germany, having just moved here from the United States and was very unsure about how to make such a big purchase. Rafael walked me through each step of the process taking time to explain all things Peloton :). He provided wonderful customer service and now I am so excited to officially be part of the Peloton family!

Nothing but the best experience. I have Purchased now 3-4 Peloton’s (for myself and friends) and have sent countless others to Rafael and everyone has been thrilled. Best service. He responds to texts and calls and is willing to help and work with each person. We have a closer store, but I still Continue to come back to the Frankfurt store because of Rafael’s amazing customer service.

Great experience at the Peloton Frankfurt store. As an existing Peloton member who was traveling in Germany, I was able to come and get a workout in at no extra charge. Great space, Peloton Bikes, shower, etc. Highly recommended. Don't forget to email them in advance of arriving to book time at the shop.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We purchased a Peloton bike over the phone with Gabi, she was incredibly informative and extremely responsive and helpful. Gabi's English is great, which made the order much easier since my German is so-so. Finally, we are really enjoying riding the Peloton, especially in these days of more lockdowns. I could not have found a better solution to working-out amidst all the inconsistencies with gym openings and closings due to COVID. Spin classes at my gym always gave me my best cardio work-outs of the week, so it was a no-brainer to invest in the bike. However, together with the Peloton app, this purchase is a one-stop shop, full-body, reliable workout, in the comforts of my own home.
