I
was
so
disappointed.
I
moved
into
Tuscany
village
one
year
ago.
Ever
since
moving
in,
we
were
faced
with
problems
piling
up.
To
begin
with,
they
did
a
bait
and
switch
on
my
roommate
and
I.
We
were
lead
to
believe
we
would
be
moving
into
the
“newer
side”
and
we
were
NEVER
shown
the
older
side
or
even
told
there
was
an
older
side
to
be
aware
that
we
might
get
that
one.
Completely
mislead.
The
day
we
moved
in
there
was
hair
hanging
from
the
curtains,
carpet
that
did
not
look
clean,
every
step
I
took
I
heard
my
shoes
sticking
to
the
tile,
wet
spots
on
the
ceiling
(in
both
my
room
and
bathroom)
from
a
leak
upstairs,
nails
coming
out
of
the
carpet
by
the
door,
management
gave
the
wrong
keys
to
our
front
door
to
other
tenants
by
accident
THREE
times
and
told
them
that
was
their
apartment,
and
most
importantly
mold
was
found
in
the
air
conditioning
unit
and
ducts.
They
tried
to
fix
all
of
the
above,
however
they
had
the
maintenance
guys
do
it
instead
of
professionals
to
fix
it.
My
guests
and
I
breathing
in
mold
became
a
real
issue.
I
am
not
just
writing
this
review
because
they
gave
us
our
apparent
dirty
or
because
the
pictures
looked
nothing
like
the
apartment,
but
because
their
maintenance
office
was
run
horribly.
When
I
would
get
packages
or
mail,
they
would
be
misplaced
many
times.
The
wifi
would
go
out
sporadically
and
I
am
a
college
student
who
relies
on
wifi
for
homework
and
quizzes.
The
wifi
going
out
isn’t
necessarily
their
fault,
however
the
way
they
handled
the
situation
felt
neglectful.
My
last
straw
was
when
I
came
home
for
the
summer
and
my
ENT
doctor
said
I
should
not
go
back
to
Tuscany
because
(according
to
him)
I
am
allergic
to
mold
and
breathing
it
in
constantly
caused
me
to
go
on
medication
for
a
month
and
almost
get
a
ballon
sinuplasty.
It
got
so
bad
that
I
was
waking
up
in
Tuscany
with
a
bloody
nose
every
day
because
my
breathing
was
obstructed.
I
have
never
in
my
life
had
a
breathing
or
allergy
problem
(the
reason
I
even
found
out
I
was
allergic
to
mold
was
because
I
went
in
solely
for
this
problem).
I
truly
think
Tuscany
Village
knew
what
they
were
doing
and
simply
did
not
care.
I
am
not
one
to
complain,
in
fact
this
is
my
first
EVER
review,
but
this
year
has
been
outrageous.
