    I was so disappointed. I moved into Tuscany village one year ago. Ever since moving in, we were faced with problems piling up. To begin with, they did a bait and switch on my roommate and I. We were lead to believe we would be moving into the “newer side” and we were NEVER shown the older side or even told there was an older side to be aware that we might get that one. Completely mislead. The day we moved in there was hair hanging from the curtains, carpet that did not look clean, every step I took I heard my shoes sticking to the tile, wet spots on the ceiling (in both my room and bathroom) from a leak upstairs, nails coming out of the carpet by the door, management gave the wrong keys to our front door to other tenants by accident THREE times and told them that was their apartment, and most importantly mold was found in the air conditioning unit and ducts. They tried to fix all of the above, however they had the maintenance guys do it instead of professionals to fix it. My guests and I breathing in mold became a real issue. I am not just writing this review because they gave us our apparent dirty or because the pictures looked nothing like the apartment, but because their maintenance office was run horribly. When I would get packages or mail, they would be misplaced many times. The wifi would go out sporadically and I am a college student who relies on wifi for homework and quizzes. The wifi going out isn’t necessarily their fault, however the way they handled the situation felt neglectful. My last straw was when I came home for the summer and my ENT doctor said I should not go back to Tuscany because (according to him) I am allergic to mold and breathing it in constantly caused me to go on medication for a month and almost get a ballon sinuplasty. It got so bad that I was waking up in Tuscany with a bloody nose every day because my breathing was obstructed. I have never in my life had a breathing or allergy problem (the reason I even found out I was allergic to mold was because I went in solely for this problem). I truly think Tuscany Village knew what they were doing and simply did not care. I am not one to complain, in fact this is my first EVER review, but this year has been outrageous.

    My granddaughter moved into Tuscany and her experience was horrible. The pictures on this website do not show an accurate representation of the apartment complex. If you’re thinking about moving here, I would reconsider.From the very first day she moved in, I’ve worried about her health and safety. To started off, her apartment had mold in the air ventilation and the overall apartment was left filthy. The carpets in her bedroom had NAILS sticking out of the floor, which is very unsafe. If you have grandchildren of your own I strongly advise you to not let them rent at Tuscany Village.

    My nephew was coming to FSU for graduate school and was not only dealing with the usual selection process for apartments, but also the uncertainty of the pandemic. He was unsure if school was even going to happen and had to make decisions on short notice. The staff at Tuscany were very helpful and responsive to his needs and were extremely flexible in their schedules to show his apartment living options. They made what could have been a very unpleasant experience easy and smooth. He is moved in now and relaxing in his beautiful apartment.

    I have loved living here for the past year! If I wasn't graduating I would resign a lease! When we put in maintenance requests, they are done the very next day. The staff has always been friendly to us and our apartment was very clean when we moved in. Our living room is HUGE! They always let me bring my dog into the leasing office with me when I have him and need to pick something up, which is so nice. I live in the towers on the very top floor, so the stairs can be a bit much sometimes, but other than that I loved my experience here!

    I don’t understand how this place has good reviews… they probably have someone deleting the bad reviews.Since the day i’ve moved into tuscany village it has been a mess. They gave me my apartment filthy with mold, a broken washing machine, and non working oven.The balcony is disgusting the floors are stained with who knows what and the walls have blue silly string on them from who knows when. Don’t get me started on the stairway it’s actually vile and disgusting, filled with all kinds of bugs, spiders and webs. Staff is very unorganized they also have given out my key to my apartment to multiple different residents. Many occasions have occurred where someone i don’t know has the keys to my apartment. My last week living in tuscany village hasn’t been any better the wifi hasn’t worked in a week…how are students supposed to study or do any kind of homework? I wish i could have moved out of this apartment sooner. i’m so glad and thankful to not live here anymore. My time living at tuscany village was horrid.

    Eva at Tuscany Village was great to work with in securing a lease here. She was very knowledgeable, patience and kind. Was very thorough in answering ALL of my questions and was great with all her follow ups. She provided awesome service. Now let's see how things go to actually live here.

    Been living here for the past 6 months and just resigned for next year, great place to live with a great leasing office and maintenance. Issues are resolved very quickly and the upkeep of the property is daily and done very well. Free parking is also a plus and guaranteed on signing. Rent is great for the area and the walk to FSU and the stadium on game day is very short. Definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking at the moment and in the future.

    I have loved living here for over two years! The office staff, Brandon, James, Johnny, Jacob, and Aaron are all exceptional people who truly care about the residents. Tuscany Village is a super-friendly community where you can easily make friends at the pool, at the gym, or at their events like ice cream parties and trivia nights!
