I’m not typically a review writer, but I’ve now had four incredible experiences here over the last year. This office was recommended to me by a friend who’s been a patient for decades, and now I see why. The office is cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff is top notch. You won’t get anything here except true professionalism. Dr. Richmond is kind, caring, and polite. He was courteous with his delivery and not forceful. Desiree is my hygienist, and is always concerned for my comfort. She is easy to talk to and encouraging about my dental plan. I’m a patient for life!

Absolutely amazing dentist office!!! I was given a wonderful experience from every individual inside this business!! From the front desk, to the dental assistant being so great with my 4 going on 5 year old daughter, she was absolutely amazing with her!! My daughter has had bad experiences in the past with dentist and X-rays but she didn’t have one issue here, she did X-rays with no complaints or issues and I feel it was because of how well the dental assistant was with her!! The dentist also blew me away, so encouraging, reassuring and just the best dentist I’ve ever met!!

Angelica is a very sweet, caring and thorough Hygienist who does a great job cleaning your teeth. Made me feel comfortable and calm. And they always give you a nice goody bag for caring for your teeth after every appointment! 🦷🪥😃

Reception was very professional with a comfortable waiting area. My dental technician (have forgotten her name) is just the best. Very informative on procedures and procedural options. Truly competent with an excellent bedside manner! Will miss her on my next appointment because she’ll be on maternity leave. All the best!

Northeast has been my choice for dental health and dental work for a number of years. I’d had some bad dental work done by another local dentist prior to my first visit, and Dr. Richmond was able to understand the issues I was facing and resolve them almost immediately. Terry is caring, attentive and has a great way of speaking to us patients in a such a fashion that never feels condescending, which can often be a factor with healthcare professionals.
