Ok,
so
I'll
go
ahead
and
give
them
5
stars
despite
the
4hr
wait
the
day
of
my
procedure
and
the
fact
that
the
anxiety/pain
medication
given
in
my
IV
did
absolutely
nothing
for
me.
(It
hurt
like
h*ll.)
Here's
my
story...
My
experience
with
the
staff
and
Dr.
P
was
amazing.
Everyone
made
me
feel
super
comfortable
and
safe
and
I
didn't
feel
judged
at
all
even
though
my
procedure
was
literally
a
life
or
death
choice
for
me.
Never
in
a
million
years
did
I
picture
myself
ever
getting
or
needing
an
abortion,
but
sadly,
due
to
my
own
health
issues,
I
had
no
safer
alternative,
even
though
I
would've
loved
to
have
had
the
baby.
I
have
a
child
already
that
I
have
to
think
of
and
being
that
my
husband/her
father
is
terminally
ill,
I
simply
couldn't
risk
carrying
the
baby
to
term
and
potentially
making
my
child
(and
a
newborn)
an
orphan.
So,
with
all
that
being
said,
from
start
to
finish,
the
staff
at
PP
helped
me
thru
an
absolutely
horrific
experience.
They
were
so
attentive
and
compassionate
and
Dr.
P
truly
is
phenomenal.
He
has
the
most
amazing
bedside
manner
of
any
doctor
I've
ever
seen
and
made
this
experience
a
lot
less
stressful.
Yes,
it
did
hurt,
but
that
just
comes
with
the
territory
for
some
people.
I
was
one
of
the
unlucky
ones.
I
will
say
though,
the
only
2
things
that
were
"negative"
about
my
visit
were
the
4
hour
wait
on
procedure
day
and
also
the
fact
that
the
clinic
tried
to
cancel/reschedule
my
appt
the
night
before
my
appt
when
I
had
already
checked
in
to
my
hotel
in
Tallahassee.
They
asked
me
if
I
could
drive
to
Jacksonville,
which
would've
been
another
4-5hrs
of
driving
for
me
and
would've
meant
checking
in
to
another
hotel.
But
once
I
told
them
that
wouldn't
be
possible
and
that
I
was
already
at
my
hotel,
they
said
it
was
fine
and
my
appt
stayed
the
same.
However,
due
to
their
overbooking,
I
wasn't
seen
for
my
procedure
for
several
hours.
My
appt
was
at
10:30am
and
I
wasn't
seen
until
after
2pm
then
I
was
in
recovery
for
another
half
hour
after
my
procedure.
The
waiting
sucked
big
time,
but
all
in
all,
they
did
help
me
out
significantly
with
financial
assistance
and
they
were
able
to
squeeze
me
in
for
a
sooner
an
appt
than
I
was
originally
scheduled
for
and
with
procedures
like
this,
time
is
literally
money.
The
further
along
you
are,
the
more
it
costs
(and
hurts)
and
the
less
chance
you
have
of
getting
an
appt.
You
have
to
schedule
your
2
appointments
as
soon
as
possible!
So,
with
all
that
being
said,
my
takeaway
from
all
of
this
is...
if
you
suspect
that
you
are
pregnant,
DON'T
WAIT
and
don't
believe
the
first
test
you
take
after
your
first
missed
period.
Mine
was
a
false
negative
TWICE
which
led
me
to
believe
I
wasn't
pg
and
by
the
time
I
found
out
I
was
actually
pg,
I
was
almost
unable
to
schedule
an
appt.
If
not
for
the
amazing
PP
staff
reaching
out
and
making
calls
on
my
behalf,
I
wouldn't
have
been
able
to
get
it
in
time
and
I
very
well
could
have
died.
So,
thank
you
to
everyone
within
PP.
The
call
center,
the
financial
aid
office
staff,
the
clinic
staff,
the
nurses
and
Dr.
P.
I
admit
that
I
am
struggling
to
cope
with
my
decision,
but
I'm
still
very
aware
of
the
necessity
of
the
choice
I
made
that
day
and
I
am
grateful
to
all
of
you.
Planned
Parenthood
in
Tallahassee
and
PP
as
a
whole
genuinely
does
care
about
women's
health
and
they
will
make
you
feel
safe
and
cared
for.
