This store offers great discounts, I’ve purchased bags here at least 3 times within the last year for myself or my daughter. My only complaint is the manager was rude and condescending to me 2 of the 3 times I was there. I don’t understand why people who don’t really like interacting with the public choose jobs in customer service?

The prices were amazing and I purchased several pieces of luggage. Alicia was very helpful and very nice. The mall is far away, but I definitely will go back.

I came for a bag, ;), specifically for a certain size. I'm going on a trip and needed a bag to use as a purse/personal item on a plane (first time flying in over 20 years). Found one, COMPACT TRAVELER BAG. And, in a purple print. Wound up getting a new wallet in the same print as well. The store was clean and the employees were very nice and helpful.

They are seriously the nicest most helpful people I have ever meet. They helped me find a specific bag online for like 30 mins. The people are the best.

They have very good bags of all sizes especially if you are into non leather choices
