Kary & Brittany were very helpful! They catered to my exact needs so that I could find the perfect dress for a wedding that i was attending on my Birthday. The patience that Kary exemplified with my undecisiveness was unmatched!!! She worked with me and assisted me in the fitting room. Kary was so kind to me and because of her I found my perfect Birthday Dress and felt absolutely beautiful!!

Selection of dresses was relatively small. Prices were very good, but only a few sizes/colors of each dress. Fitting room was clean.

Extremely rude manager. Was ready to purchase one if not two dresses, and accessories for a formal event I have coming up and ended up putting everything back. She has completely ruined my experience with Windsor. I will not return to this or any other locations. While I was trying on dresses my husband went to grab a few more for me. One dress in particular was hung up higher on a wall out of reach to anyone so he asked an employee to grab it down for him. Even said please and she looked at him and then walked away. He then asked again once she came back around and ignored him once again. Then I wanted to try on a dress that was on a mannequin and unfortunately it was the last one they had so I asked if I could try the one on the mannequin (having every intention to purchase it) and they responded by telling me their manager said they couldn’t take any off of the mannequins and I asked if she was there and of course it was the same employee who had been rude to my husband just minutes earlier. She came out and said “no, we not taking any dresses off the mannequin” like what? How are you going to advertise a dress, not have it, and then not allow anyone to try the last one your store has.

I went in there today and Kayla was so helpful! She helped me pick out a birthday gift for my girlfriend and knew nothing just what should would normally wear and my girlfriend loved her gift. Her customer service was incredible and my girlfriend and I will definitely be coming back in to shop here. I highly recommend shopping here! The experience and customer service is amazing!
