She assessed my skin, treatment done with care, and provided a detailed skincare regimen with full directions (when to use what!) Oh, and the office AMAZING! I must start by saying that Nadia is amazing! I’ve now had at least five facials with her from October of last year up until now and consistently each experience left me feeling brand new. At the start of each visit, there’s a warm and inviting welcome setting a nice relaxing tone right away. Throughout your facial, if you’re anything like me, then you’ll appreciate her explaining what products she’s using and what their benefits are. Whenever I have any particular concerns about my skin, I make sure to tell her of such trusting her knowledge, and that she would never steer me wrong for the sake of making more money. It’s clear to see that my skin health at the end of the day is the priority. After the extraction portion, which is my favorite I usually fall asleep because of how comfortable I get. Finally, by the end of the facial, I always feel well rested with my skin glowing and feeling rejuvenated. I’ll certainly continue seeing her each month even if I decide to leave New York because her level of service is worth any travel expense.

Such a wonderful experience from the greeting, the ambience, comfortable setting definitely felt like home. Nadia was so gentle and she discussed everything she was doing as she worked on my face.
