This is my first time putting my son in Martial arts program and I couldn't be happier with the program I chose. Tiger Schulman in Bellerose is not just convient but my son has learned so much in just 1 month! He loves it here. They are really nice and friendly and caring. They show each kid so much care and work really hard with them. My son is excited to go there everyday if he could lol and in 1 month has shown so much more growth in himself and his self confidence. His social kids are way better that his teachers even reached out to me. So if you are looking for a Martial arts school I would Definitely recommend Tiger Schulman in Bellerose, you will not regret it.

This is a great location and the staff are so welcoming, encouraging, and supportive with my two kids. The gym is always clean, and the discipline has been great for my son, and this has given my daughter confidence. Would recommend highly, and a wonderful addition to the area for families.

I’d never tried kickboxing before I found this place. Rashawn is an amazing instructor! He helps you focus on your technique and simultaneously gives you unbelievable motivation. Deiber is an amazing instructor as well! He works with you individually during rounds with pads to help with technique but makes you push your cardio with speed on bags. They are super friendly and amazing people! I would highly recommend joining if you’re looking for new and interesting way to workout, stay motivated and have a lot of fun!

Beautiful gym with dedicated instructors…. Building self discipline and conscious decision making in adolescents. Really appreciate the work they do. And the kickboxing is amazing too!

Started going for kickboxing in January for the 90 day challenge and it was the first time I really stuck with a workout routine. Rashawn and Deiber are awesome and motivate you to push past your limits. The 90 challenge is now over but I am still going and also just started Jiu Jitsu as well. Everyone from the staff to the members are really friendly and welcoming and it feels like you are part of a family. I definitely recommend trying it out if you are looking for a fun way to get in shape and learn self-defense at the same time!

Great Instructors and place for kids to learn and achieve in martial arts

My daughter is more confident and stronger since joining TS. I love the atmosphere and the care they show my child when she walks the door. Deiber and his team are amazing!! This was Father’s Day training with the kids. My daughter had so much fun!!

I can honestly say that Tiger Schumann's has made a positive impact on our daughter's life.The teachers are fantastic.True gentlemen.My daughter loves going.The quality of the self defense that is taught is superb. I would recommend this school of mixed martial arts to anyone looking to learn true effective self - defense techniques. My daughter's confidence and self esteem has improved as well as her balance and coordination.They offer these life skills that are applicable to all life challenges. I enrolled my 7yr old daughter in TS Bellrose about a month ago. I've got to say she loves it, like loves it! Rashawn is an awesome instructor, he works so well with the kids. I've seen a positive difference in my daughter's behavior in this short time. I've got a feeling we'll be here for years to come. If you're wondering about Tiger Schulmann Bellrose, they're top shelf and it's a great atmosphere. I absolutely recommend it.

My sons are enjoying the new studio. They are developing skills, self confidence and loving the classes. The instructors/teachers are very knowledgeable and great motivators for children. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their children into martial arts.

My son has been enrolled for close a year now. Loves it. It's building his confidence and he's not as shy anymore. Instructors are skilled and patient. Classes are starting to become bigger and bigger.

The instructor is patient but firm. Rashan shows great knowledge of martial arts and really connects with the kids while he is instructing them.
