Terrible place, the attention of some girls is very rude, my daughter damaged a nail and the woman because my daughter told me "I damaged it, they can fix it" the woman got angry because she thought that my daughter was saying that she did not like the color , she began to look at my daughter seriously and intently AS TO INTIMIDATE HER in the end I told the owner about her attitude and the woman that did not stop talking is disrespectful and the owner said SHE IS TIRED AND HAS ANOTHER CULTURE IS NOT MY COUNTRY. As someone who says, because they are from another country, they have the right to be like that. The woman said that she didn't do my daughter's nails anymore and she got up from her and left her there. The Hispanic girl who was doing my nails told me don't worry, I'll do your daughter's nails. Thanks to her we stayed if I hadn't left. If you like to be talked to with respect, if you like to be done a good job for what she is paying, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE since the owner is not going to give her her place as a consumer. Maybe because she doesn't have people to work with, she does that. AGAIN TERRIBLE SERVICE BY THAT WOMAN IN THE PHOTO AND BY THE OWNER who forgets that one as a consumer pays for a service and does not go around asking for something for free. Pésimo lugar, la atención de algunas chicas es muy ruda, mi hija se arruino una uña y la mujer porque mi hija me dijo "me la arruine podrán arreglarla" la mujer se enojo porque pensó que mi hija estaba diciendo que no le gustaba el color, empezó a ver a mi hija seria y fijamente COMO PARA INTIMIDARLA al final le dije a la dueña sobre la actitud de ella y la mujer esa no paraba de hablar es irrespetuosa y la dueña dijo ELLA ESTA CANSADA Y TIENE OTRA CULTURA NO ES DE MI PAÍS. Como quien dice por ser de otro país tiene derecho a ser así. La mujer dijo que no le hacía más las uñas a mi hija y se paro y la dejo ahí.

It was a surprise to me, but my wife had it all planned out to pamper and spoil me like I would do for her. She went with me to my Dr's appointment, and then she treated me to a shave and a haircut and finished my day with a dine out dinner. What more can you ask for.

Came with my friend here so she could go from blonde to a light/ medium brown, red flag #1 the product they put in her hair was VERY dark, so I told her immediately I was skeptical that would give the result she wanted. They then washed it and did her cut & blow out and it was dark brown they CLAIMED would lighten to the color she asked for after a few washes. They deceived her, and on top of that gave her a choppy haircut I asked them to fix but they just made it worse, it’s as if their scissors aren’t for hair OR haven’t been replaced so they’ve went dull. Fast forward to now, she wanted to go blonde and her hairstylist was unable to remove whatever “dye” they used at this salon with professional grade color remover, so clearly it might be henna or something cause I have used color oops to get rid of box dye and it came off, it just smells horrible. Unfortunately, the ONLY option now is to grow out whatever it is they used on her hair here before she can ever go blonde again and that clearly is going to take a long time. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This has to be one of the BEST nail salons here in Queens by far. Great service, and super hospitable. Shawna is amazing, and a sweetheart.

Just save your money go somewhere else. I did medium size acrylic, within a week two of my nails broke. I didn't even do any house chores or anything. The young girl was doing my nails, she was buffing the nails so hard I've to remind her several times to slow down, my cuticles even bleed while doing the nails. They charged me $65 so it's better to invest somewhere else; where you'll be comfortable and the nails will look and stay better.

I had a phenomenal first experience with this nail salon. The staff was all friendly and welcoming, especially Sharon who runs the store and is close with her staff. The salon is very clean and all the tools, such as the nail dividers and files are all brand new and disposed after each use. The complimentary sugar scrub and lotion massage they provide is a unique addition to the experience and left my feet silky smooth. They have a wide range of nail polish colors, powders and gels. Overall it was the best nail salon experience I have ever had and would definitely come again!

It's hard sometimes when you can't find just the right nail tech. Since my natural nails are long, I have not had to look any further. I found her!! Christine is the best!! She does my nails just the way I like them 😊 She is a must go to. You will see for yourself kind of deal.

Horrible experience lady that did my nails had the worst attitude and my nails are all crooked, she was also extremely rough and I have multiple cuts on my hands! When I got home I noticed the acrylic started to turn from pink to yellow which should never happen. If I could give this place a zero I would. Save your money and go somewhere better trust me.

The best store ever ! I love the treatment and the service ! They are like family here in this store definitely will be coming here every other week for my services!

The lady who did my nail was very unprofessional and rude she cut my cuticle and bleed as well.And it becomes very sensitive.Will never go again
