I needed to get a covid test for travel and have been driving around liberty ave for almost 3 hours with no luck. Finally someone suggested Silver Star Urgent Care in Ozone Park. The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming. My wait time was less than 30 min, which was so amazing. The office and rooms were immaculately clean. The nurse was so gentle doing the test. I highly recommend this place!

We are so lucky to have this facility in our neighborhood. The staff is professional, courteous and respectful. I was attended by Junie who was so amazing. She treated us with empathy, respectfulness and efficiency. The provider was also very knowledgeable and I left feeling very happy.

Regina is very professional and very helpful she takes blood gentle and always polite the providers are all excellent I'm a constant patient I'm very happy there and manager khushboo Javed is very helpfull all the providers and staff are extremely helpful and I highly recommend this facilty

Firstly, I want to say thank you to the amazing staff and their service and bed side manner i experienced at this urgent care. I went there and they helped me right away, the wait time was not long. They were very efficient and informative, at no point did feel rushed or pressured and I also felt very open in speaking with the doctor about my condition who was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and patient. Dr. Rupinderjit Multani - she explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions, to everyone who is seeking help and advice, i recommend speaking with her. Lastly, special thanks as well to both medical assistant Angeli and Jason, once I got there not only did Jason and Angeli start processing my information quickly I felt like everyone there were more concerned with my health and well being than anything else. Note: This is coming from someone who do not feel comfortable going to doctors yet I went there and felt absolutely grateful that I found an urgent care that I feel is dependable for whenever needed.

Patiently wait your turn is all I can say. Staff is professional and very attentive to your needs.

Waited there for about 30 minutes on a Saturday because online and at the office it says open on sat at ten well when u go closer you see that it says closed fyi you should update your hours and stop wasting people’s time

I️ went here to see a doctor at 2:30pm and I️ was told the provider is on lunch until 4pm. The front desk were rude and couldn’t even let me know I️ had to keep asking. A 2 hour lunch? This is unacceptable

I went on a Sunday evening and the service was quick and efficient. The staff were comprehensive and were helpful and empathetic. This location is one of my favorite urgent care. Also, not to many people.

Probably the worst urgent care experience I've had. The nurses did not check any of my vitals, and left me with a $200 bill for a COVID test, incorrectly marking it as a doctor's visit so that they could claim more insurance money. Also wrong diagnosis of the flu without doing any testing on my mom. Do yourself a favor and do not come here.

Very friendly and caring staff, as well as the doctors. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and was very knowledgeable. Sunny was so helpful at the front desk as well as the gentleman who assisted me in the room.

I went as a walk-in for the PCR covid test. The staff was very courteous and professional. The facility looked clean and the chairs in the waiting room were spaced out to maintain social distancing. Once I check in at the front desk, I was seen right away so there really was no wait time. This was my third visit to this location and I like it because they're professional and efficient.

Just went by today bc I had unexpected medical issues and they took me right away. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a medical office ever. The young doctor listened to everything I said, and she gave me great advice. Keep up the great work!!

The providers is very unprofessional. I had to go in on three occasions, each time it was an unpleasant experience. I kept thinking maybe she was having an off day and gave additional chances. However, she makes you wait long periods of time even when there are no other patients and then she doesn’t check you properly. Tone time I had a serious infection (which I had to get diagnosed and treated at a different urgent care) but she told me to go home with 400mg of ibuprofen. The same happened each time.

The staff at this urgent care facility were pleasant, patient and courteous. The receptionist was friendly and attentive to my questions and concerns. I had come in as a walk-in for Covid -19 testing for myself and children. The process was smooth, and the medical professional was gentle and kind. She was diligent on cleaning up when we finished and I felt confident they were adhering to all recommended precautions. I would definitely come back for my repeated tests without hesitation. It is also convenient for parking and if you have a wait, there is a DD, Rite Aid and Subway also located in this shopping center.
